When Dean returns, I wouldn't mind seeing him as a Tommaso Ciampa like heel and feud with Seth.
Dean returns, he turns on Seth and if Seth is still IC champion or even Universal champion, they feud for the title. Dean would make a great heel and if done right, he could be the Ciampa of the main roster.
