Once Upon a Goblin's Hollow

Chapter 98

                 Once they reached the top of the hill, they saw the map had been right. Off in the horizon, to the right side of the path they could just barely make out a silhouette of a rickety old cottage.

"There it is, way over there." She said, pointing.

"Oh good."

"Come on let's get going."

                                      He nodded and followed along side her, keeping a look out for any sign of danger. He didn't expect trouble, but things did happen from time to time. When it came to the safety of his little empress; he was always cautious. He'd never forgive himself if something happened to her. She was all he had. Then he looked over to her.

"What is it? Is something wrong?"

"No... I was just wondering why you want a reading done."

"I'm worried I won't be a good enough empress."

"You've lost faith in yourself?"

"I think so yes."

"I hope the seer can help restore it."

"Thanks.. I hope so too."

"There's the cabin." Soranto said as they were almost there.

She hugged him and walked up to the door, knocking twice. "Here goes nothing," She said under her breath.
