"Did you tell him how you feel about him?" She asked wide eyed.

"Yes I did," She replied with a smirk. She loved torturing her with information.

"Come on, don't do that. What did he say?"

After giggling a solid five minutes, she finally responded.

"He's returning next week... We have a date."

"That's wonderful news."

"Yes, I was afraid he didn't like me, but he does."

"How do you know?"

"When I told him, he kissed me."

"Oh good."

Melinda watched the crowd a few minutes.

"What is it?"

"Some of the guests are leaving."

"Is that a bad thing?"

"Nah. It's fine. Some of the imps and trolls never stay long at any event."
