Looking over to her with genuine concern; "Are you alright empress?"

"Yes....I'll be fine," She said with a deep sigh.

"Let me guess...Too many creatures in the same space?"

"Something like that, I suppose."

"Are you enjoying it?" He inquired.

"Well yes, things are going well, It's just.." Her voice trailed off as she turned and looked to the mountains in the distance, just beyond the forest.

"Overwhelming?"

Turning back to him, she nodded yes.

"Just relax, we're here for you. All is fine, young one."

She turned, leaning in and hugged the large black dragon tightly. As she let him go, whispered "Thank you dragon."

"Anytime. Is everyone here?"

"I think so but I'm not sure yet." She said dryly.

"Are you waiting on anyone specific?"

"Maybe, but It's fine, really." She said with disappointment in her voice.

"Who isn't here yet?"

"It doesn't matter."

"Is it the Newt?" He asked raising an eye.

Her eyes grew wide and her cheeks flushed quickly to a bright crimson shade. After a long pause, she looked to him.

"Why do you say that?"

"He's currently standing six feet behind you."

She spun around, making the elegant gown spin and sparkle in the sunlight. Looking at him, couldn't believe it... The dragon had been right....again.
