Chapter 59

Andy's POV

I was so excited to babysit for Maya and Carina while they have their little get away in LA. They really needed their alone time and I was more than happy to spend a few days with Emma. I had so much plans for us to do.

The first day we just hang out and played with her doll houses while on the second day I wanted to take her to the Zoo before her mommies came home the next day.

"Mija come on we need to leave soon" I said to her in the morning. I walked to her room and I saw her sitting on the bed crying "What happened Mija?" I sat down and lifted her into my lap.

"I-I m-miss m-my m-mommy and m-mamma" she was choking on her tears which made it almost impossible to talk for her

"shh Mija" I rocked her back and forth "I have a surprise for today but after that we can call them if you would like" I wanted her to calm down before the call not wanting to scare her moms.

"S-Surprise?" she looked at me with her big blue, puppy eyes.

"Yes Emma, but in order to find out the surprise we need to get going now so how about getting dressed huh?" I smiled at her

"Can I wear Mommy's hoodie?" she asked shyly

"Of course Mija I'll grab it for you" I started to get up when she continued
"Can I wear your basketball cap?" she was focusing on the ground

"Of course but why Emma?" I was truly confused since my cap had 23on it instead of 19

"Because I have Mommy's cap and hoodie as well as Mamma's grey pullover but I have nothing from you" she was still fixated on the ground

"I love you Mija" that's all I could say as I placed my cap on her head and adjusted the band on the back of it "All set my Captain" I smiled at her

"I'm only Lieutenant. Mommy's Captain of 19 and you're Captain of 23." she said with raised eyebrows

"In that case my Lieutenant let's get going" I used my captain voice which earned a giggle from her

20 minutes later we reached our first destination: Station 19

"Tia why are we at the station?" she asked from the back seat.

"We're picking up something" I smirked as I saw the others getting closer to the car from behind.

"Hey Emma do you have space for us?" Travis and Vic said with a huge grin

"Uncle Travis, Auntie Vic" Emma screamed happily as she bounced up and down in her seat.

"Hi little Cap" Travis said as he set new to her while Vic took the front seat next to me.

"Okay the next stop is..." I looked into the mirror to be able to see her face when I announced the surprise "... The ZOO" I smiled as Emma's eyes grew bigger and her mouth fell open

"Thank you so much Tia" she said happily "I cannot wait to see the bear"

"Why the bear?" Vic asked since they weren't the most popular animals

"Because of Captain" Emma hold up her Teddy bear for us to see.

"I'm sure Captain will be happy to see her relatives" Travis said with a smile

"Uncle Trav, what's your favourite?" she started to have a conversation with him

"Anything but snakes" we all laughed at his facial expression at the thought of them. Sometimes he was more like a child than a grown man.

"Auntie Vic?" Emma raised her eyebrows and for a minute she looked exactly like Maya. She was truly our little Captain

"I think I'll go with the koalas they are super cute" Vic said innocently

"That's because they are high on eucalyptus leaves" Travis said without thinking
