Ellie's POV:

I was down at the beach today trying to have a relaxing day as my work has been stressing me out when I overheard someone talking in Japanese to someone so I look up and see that the lady was talking to a lifeguard. I could tell that they were angry because of how they were saying things and because they were shouting. I could tell that the lifeguard was confused so I decided to get up and walk over to them.

When I got over to them I turned to the lifeguard and said "Are you alright? Do you need help with her as I can tell that you have no clue what she is saying?"

"Yes, please. I can tell that she is mad but I don't know what about," He replies. I then turn to the lady and ask "Nē. Nē. Nē. Ochitsuku. Rirakkusu. Koko de nani ga okotte iru nodesu ka?"

"Kono raifugādo ni wa jōshiki wa arimasen. Watashitachiha tada oyoide ite, tasuke o hitsuyō to shimasendeshita" She says. I then turn to the lifeguard and said "She said 'There is no common sense in this lifeguard. We were just swimming and we didn't need help."

"Can you tell her that she was in trouble and that if she wants to go swimming again then she needs to swim between the red and yellow flags?" He asks.

I then nod my head and then turned back to the lady and said "Anata wa komatte imashita, soshite anata ga futatabi oyogi ni ikitainara anata wa aka to kiiro no hata no ma o oyogu hitsuyō ga aru to iu kotodesu." She then nods her head to show that she understands what I say and she then walks off.

I then turn back to the lifeguard and I managed to fully talk in his look because he has tatoo's over his chest, arms and back and he just looks hot. "Sorry about that. I'm Ellie by the way."

"No need to apologise. You really helped me there. Nice to meet you, Ellie I'm Jesse."

"Nice to meet you, Jesse."

"How long have you known Japanese for?" He asks.

"Around about a year. I also know Spanish, French, Chinses, Korean, German, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, Italian and Mexican."

"Wow, that's a lot of languages. When did you start to learn them?"

"I started when I was 3. I absorb information easily so my parents started making me learn languages. I really enjoy it when people don't think that I speak their language and they say something rude to me and I then respond in their language. It freaks them out so much."

"It must. I've got to get back to work now but I'll see you again soon, Ellie."

"See you again soon Jesse." I then wave bye to him and walk back to my stuff to get back to sunbathing.
