Empathy woke up to a timid knock on her door. Getting up she cleared the sleep from her brain, sifting through the links in her mind to see who needed her.
"Logan?" She had taken Logic under her wing when he first arrived, a scared emotion who had to repress his own, she'd felt his confusion and fear straight away. Her dress turned a nervous white when she felt his pain. Opening the door she ushered him in
"What do you need?" He turned round so her dress, eyes and hair went a furious crimson red. Sensing his fear she tried to calm down, eyes fixed on the hand shaped mark on his cheek.
"He... hit you" Logan nodded, tears rolling down his cheeks as she pulled her 'baby brother' forward "Come here baby. it's ok, you're safe, i've got you now. i've got you. shh" She stroked his hair comfortingly, bending her head to whisper "You're leaving him Lo, i don't want to hear a word against it. i know you're scared but i'll help. you're leaving him and he's not going to touch you" Logic cried silently on her shoulder as she added silently "And then i'll kill him" Outside Anxiety gritted his teeth
"Won't we all?" Inside Empathy kissed Logic's forehead
"We love you"
