"M-my name?" The Pharaoh who seemed to look familiar, looked back at me with a question.
"...Oh........I....sorry......" I averted my eyes right away. ( What am I thinking!? I have no right to ask his name.)
"No..., it's alright." I felt a gentle hand touch my shoulder. It made me flinch a little.
( Lady____. You can trust him. I assure you) I could see Dark standing by. I was scared to look at him even with just my eyes.
"About my name....., is it alright if I answer later today?" It was as if I was forced to look up at his eyes, those violet eyes. As my mind began to unlock its secrets. He looked at me a little longer, worried he added more to his words.
" I think I should have a place prepared for you as soon as possible."
I looked at the tri-coloured-haired Pharaoh confused. Until a warm feeling caught me off guard.
I looked down seeing blood dripping down from under my clothes, and down my arm.
*drip.........

"❗..no way.... and I didn't even feel it..."
(_____!! ) My name was called by Dark. ( Are you alright!? those guards they-)
( Its fine...., it doesn't hurt that much.really..) While I talked to my Dark Magician, the Pharaoh gave me his hand and led me to where the rooms were.
(But....) Was all he said, as he stayed close to me on my left, ready for anything that might happen.
Each step I took seemed to move my raw bleeding wrists. It made me hiss inside my mind. Still the King held my one wrist up with great care, trying to keep the blood from staining my clothes anymore.

I was in the middle of cleaning my wounds in the bathing room next to mine.
"!!!......ngh....!" I hissed at my wounds, making me cry on how much the guards had forced me to do what they wanted. (!!! AhAAH!! MMHHR.!! Tch!)
* knock knock..* I heard a soft knock at the well-polished wooden door.
(Lady______ please......! it isn't worth hearing you in such pain. It could be done in a less painful way.) Only I heard Dark's sad words.
*splashes warm water on arm*
"!! ngh...!!" * splash!!......* I hissed many more painful time till my bath was stained with fresh and old blood.
( Please. let me help you. I can't just stand here) Dark spoke outside of my room.
{ Inside my room}
I left the bath and was dressed in some women's palace sleeping cloths. I left my wounds undressed, not putting any bandages on them since air was the best thing for them to heal sooner.
I couldn't focus on anything anymore. I was taken away from my world and put in this ancient times. I was captured then freed enough so I don't get beaten anymore. I wanted to sleep and worry about the rest in the morning.
The clothes I came into this world with was being washed by the servants, as they swore they will clean it free of any stains, and mend it if needed.
I pulled myself into the Egyptian cotton white blankets.I set my deck box next to my head on the bed and closed my eyes as sleep took over very fast.
Not too long after that I realized my mind was not calm at all. My dreams were fragments of what seemed to be my past.
I was walking down a long concrete walkway near a very tall building. I was alone at the time.
"Hello....there..." A deep voice caught me off guard. As I snapped my eyes over. There stood two tall guys dressed in all black, the one had big mussels while the other was thin as a rail. Both where much taller than me.
I said nothing, as I took this chance and started backing up, hoping they were not speaking to me. A cold breeze caught my hair and blew it to the side.
"What backing away are you?"
I narrowed my eyes and began to speed walk away, not replying. Then suddenly I felt myself get yanked back hard.
"W_waahh..!!" * THud!*
"Haha think you could just leave? You need to earn your freedom, so how about a duel........?" The man grabbed my hair, and looked down at me, as I was held down by his strong arms. His grip hurt and made me hiss.
"No. Now let me go." I hissed back.
* Yank* "G_gahhh!" I felt my hair get pulled again, and was dropped to the ground.
" No, sorry duel us now or you come with us. You call." The two men stood there, holding a newer version duel disk on their arms.
(N-no... I can't...* tremble*..I don't even have a deck...............I am not a duellist.....) I told myself.
"Look I am not a duelist...! I cannot fight you." I swallowed.
"Haha yeah right, too bad then you will come with us then."
* Gasp* My eyes widen, my worried flashed before my eyes. I always wanted my own deck, but never could get one. One that had my favourite cards in it. I longed to see the day when I could at least own my own deck, even if not actually duel, but I would always have them close to me.
"Lets go!" * grab* Before I could even take a breath I was lifted up off the ground.
"HEY! let me GO! NOW!"
"Shut it..." The man hissed at me, as I hung up side down from his shoulders. I now stared at the ground.
( W-why can't anyone come save me.......where are my friends.......)
(W-wait.......what is this............why do I have this feeling someone has always been with me that I knew since I was little.)
Some words started coming to my mind, as I hung helplessly by the legs in the air. The men began to walk closer and closer to the edge of a bridge.
"....y....................Y..........."
"HEY! STOP RIGHT THERE!"
* CRACK!* It was like the glass shattered around me as a loud voice shouted towards me.
""HA...? Who are you!?" I was turned around. When a same Tri coloured haired person stood before me.
Something was wrong. ( He looks.....familiar......)
"What do you want with her!? Let her go!!" The guy yelled at my captors.
"FINE have her, seeing as you have a deck at you're side."
I felt a sudden shift in the wind around me as I saw myself get farther away from the ground.
(No-no way!! I'm going to-) MY vision was starting to get even more blurry.
*FWT* I was suddenly thrown towards the ground.
"...AATEM!!! !" I screamed at the top of my lungs.
"________❗❗❗❗❗" I heard my name get called, as I crashed myself off the ground.
* THUd*
".......ngh............" I was speechless, my body ached, as I heard rapid footsteps come to me.
"______! _____!!!❗❗are you alright!?" I felt myself be in someone's arms. I looked up into the blinding light. The tri-coloured hair looked at me.
".....a...........a.....Atem.......?" I coughed out.
The figure shook his head. "I'm sorry......______. It's me Yugi."
"W-what....did you.......-" Tears spilled down my face. As my old memories, and dreams mix together into one.
Everything came bursting into my mind.

It was about 5 years ago when I heard the news. I found out the hard way.....when I called to see Atem.............my childhood long friend, the one inside Yugi's puzzle. He mean the world to me, he was like an older brother to me, kind and gentle and the first friend I have ever known since I knew Duel Monsters existed. The news crushed me hard, I cried for days knowing that I would never see Atem ever again. He went back to his own world and left Yugi alone. I took it so hard, that I tried whipping it out of my mind for a few years, trying to forget that Atem was gone. Every time the mere thought crossed my mind It would just make me cry. Eventually, I started seeing Yugi less, but still secretly fell in love with his and Atem's favourite card. The Dark Magician.
Eventually, I met Judai Yuki and Jesse. We had lots of fun together. Jesse let me use his duel disk at the time for fun duels except for the times where many people's lives were in danger. They both taught me how to duel. I stared falling in love with Jesse's deck. I always wanted to see Ruby. Jesse let Ruby to hang around with me at times when they were gone. I loved the Crystal beast deck so much, that I finally ended up getting my own not too long after that.
Now to this day Amythest and Ruby always liked to play together, and now I could duel Judai and Jesse. However, I was one who would never win. My duel spirits became very close to me. Even my parents never knew I had them. I discovered that I could see duel spirits myself. They where my family, just like Jesse's where to his. Always at my side.Then suddenly, things changed I haven't seen Jesse any more. Judai himself didn't know where he was. We always said that he was busy and would come back some time.
I ended up meeting Yusei and his friends accidentally as he came to my town. I was out for my walk, near my old elementary school from many many years ago. When I saw Yusei, he had his duel runner damaged, he was thrown off his bike. Out of pure luck, I helped Yusei and helped him out. Meeting Judai along the way. They became good friends too.
Since the, I was always seeing Yusei and Judai, and never had seen or heard a word from Yugi, Atem...and Jesse. It was like they vanished forever.
Now I had a Crystal Beast deck, and a Spell Casters and the Dark Magician finally became mine, as I slowly excepted the fact, that I will somehow see Atem and Yugi again. Even if I had forgotten them for so long.
"_____!!!______!!" Yugi called my name. I looked back up as my dream slowly began to fade away.
" I finally remember. " I smiled, seeing Yugi look at me, glad that I have finally spoken.
Looking one last time, I saw he has beating the two men in a duel. I was slowly lifted up by Yugi and carried away.
*Drip.............drip.............* ( I ......finally remember..........)

"Lady _____.."
"............."
"Lady ______! please wake up." I heard Dark's voice calling for me.
".......ngh....." I slowly open my eyes. Seeing Dark kneeling at the foot of my bed.
"______what is the matter? You were crying in you're sleep."
"!!!!......ah..................." I was shocked, as my hands flew up to my face. Feeling the wet tears.
The words of names in my dream flew around in my head.
"______ I promise you can tell me anything. I will help you, for it is my duty to help you, now that I see it."
I looked up feeling my hands in his. I shake my head. "...n-no.......Dark...you don't have to be my butler. I'm just glad I finally remember." I smiled as a few more tear drop down my face.
"I.......I finally......remember...."
"His....name is Atem."

The sun finally rose and I was awake by 10 it seemed. "......" I opened my eyes for the second time since my rude awakening.
Rolling my head over to the side, I saw my deck next to me in the open space of my bed. It seems Dark went back to the Duel Spirit world. " I will apologize to him properly later." He wanted to help me, but I wouldn't let him.
I slowly sat up on my bed, only to hear a knock at the large door seconds after.
* Knock knock*
"Yes, who is it?" I called out.
The door opened to the maid that I saw yesterday. " Good morning Miss. I just came to tell you breakfast will be served in the dining room. When ever you feel like it please come down, we will hold it for you till you come." She smiled at me.
I nod my head." Alright, thank you." With that she left. This made me a little more exited, as i had a new world to discover.
Ancient Egypt.
I made my way over to the closet and looked at the 2 pairs of cloths inside. Both I assumed for me, I picked out the one that seemed to be a short cappuccino dress, that had short low sleeves. With a matching head guard that seemed to tilt to the side. The dress its self seemed to have some gold build into the neck area that curved outwards on both sides. It was simple, but yet looked good enough to ware so I would blend in.
There was matching low cuff boots with them blue gem looking rims around it. Putting on everything, but the cuffs that stayed in the closet. I pulled my long dark coat over top, and kept it open in the front. Adjusting the head peice to the side on my hair. I slid my deck onto my belt and put it around my waist.
Just before I was about to leave I spotted some make-up by the mirror in the room. " Well...there is no law against it hehe." I walked over grabbing the black eye liner and drew it around my eyes. I was in Egypt for goodness sake! They loved make-up. So why shouldn't I have some fun?
Smiling at myself. I left my room. As I stepped out. I realized on how lost I was.
"!!! Now where do I go..?"
Wandering the halls for what seem for a eternity, I still had no luck. "💨.....great............."
(Um...._____?) A voice snapped me out of my mind. My eyes shoot down seeing Amethyst standing there with the look on his face.'What is she doing..?'
"Amethyst! What great timing. Please you must help me..!" I plea to the large cat.
He shakes his head. ( Of course I will help, now what is it?)
" I can't find the dinning room."
His sapphire eyes go blank.(...I'm sorry...._____, but I have never been here myself.) He averted his calm blue eyes to the floor.
Before I could say another word Amethyst cuts in again.(" Your speaking out loud.")
"!!!!!"( AH...Ooops!) I clamped my hand over my mouth. (💦...Great now everybody who could hear me, probably thinks I'm crazy.)
( Don't be silly, no one is here just us.) Amethyst sniffs the air, I watch as I see his dark claws extend out of his front paws. ( Follow me, I think I can lead you to the dining room.) I followed close by.
I couldn't even hear Amethyst's breathing. He was so calm, even his foot steps where soundless. Then again he is a cat.
* sniff...sniff* ( I think this will be the place) He pawed at the door.
( Yes, thank you. Not lets see..)
* Click...* I push the large doors open. Only to breath in relief, that we found the correct room.
The sudden sent of many flavours/ and spices of food caught my nose, making me want to sneeze.
(Hwww...! No don't sneeze! its rude!) I yelled at myself.
* ........sniff...* I breathed back my sneeze lightly.
What felt a little strange was that there was many others around the dining table, and they where all looking at me.
(.......please don't look....)
"Hello there Miss." My eyes caught a glimpse of the Pharaoh, or should I say Atem greeting me." Glad to see you have made it, please come sit." He patted the seat next to his larger one.
Nodding I made my way over to the table.
*..fwt..* I sat down in the soft Egyptian cotton cushioned seat.
Looking up at the faces, who where now eat. As my eyes wandered over the food on the table, they fell on something that wasn't even food, but a open chair across from mine. "?.?.?" ( Is there someone still coming?) I wondered. It was strange because it was a seat that was open next to Atem himself.
"Is something wrong, is the food not to you're liking?" I was pushed out from my mind for a second to reply to Atem's question.
" No, its not that. The food is great." I picked up a small strand of grapes and munched on them.
Now two questions came to my mind. One on how I should tell the Pharaoh that I know his name, and why there is a empty seat.
The silence here wasn't soo bad. A few of the guards talked among then selves, laughing and enjoying them selves. Until one golden head piece in particular reminded me of something.
