A/N: Y'all I don't know crap about Cupid because does it look like I study that... But I thought this would be fun to write.

Also, dedicated to mermaid-klance

It was a fairly calm day. No customers had to be ratted out of Aziraphale's book shop. Crowley was in his snake form, calmly sleeping in the shop as Aziraphale read his book. Two o'clock was a nice time of the afternoon for naps and reading. Two o'clock in the afternoon was not an appropriate time for Aziraphale's brother, Cupid to show up.

The last time Cupid had shown up was some time in the nineteenth century. Luckily Crowley was in the middle of a long nap during that time. The two of them weren't so lucky this time.

Of course the snake had been woken up by the slamming of a door. Crowley knew that it was another angel, he could sense it's presence. He went to observe the scene. Aziraphale was anxiously chit chatting with what appeared to be another angel who looked quite similar to him. Crowley just watched until the unknown angel took out a bow and arrow.

Crowley was somewhat interested in seeing what was up with the bow, but mostly interested in making sure Aziraphale was safe. The demon could feel all his bones crack and reform as he changed back into a more human like form. After six thousand years the noise that Crowley's bones made happened to be quite loud. That noise shocked both angels in the room.

"What, can I not change forms without being stared at?"

Aziraphale nervously said, "Oh, Crowley you've finished your nap. Perhaps you can busy yourself with something else."

Cupid laughed, "Azi, you didn't tell me you were in love. I just assumed I'd have to get you a nice angel but it looks like you have one that's nice enough. He looks nice anyways. I like nice angels."

The next thing Aziraphale knew he was staring at his younger brother slammed into a wall. Crowley was growling about how he was the complete opposite of a nice angel. Aziraphale nervously stood there and watched everything go down. It was a straight six minutes of Crowley wildly yelling.

Aziraphale couldn't help but smile

There eventually came to be a point when Crowley's short temper was enough. Aziraphale walked up to the demon and said, "Dear, I suggest you let my brother go. Pinning to him is seen as... well, I'm sure you'll figure it out."

Crowley let go of Cupid and sighed, "What is he doing here?"

Aziraphale said, "Oh it's just nothing but a family reunion. You can go on Crowley."

"You're nervous Azi. You don't want to embarrass yourself in front of him, because you really do like him. I can feel the love in the air and it's strong."

A faint blush appeared on Crowley's cheeks. He did like the idea of him and Aziraphale being a couple.

"No Crowley! He's just making excuses to be here! It's his job to set people up!"

Crowley made an inaudible noise and said, "I'll be leaving now. I'll talk to you later, angel."

He then ran out the door.

"Cute, he calls you angel. What a nice pet name?"

Aziraphale sighed, "He calls me angel because I am one."

"No, can't be. That's obvious. He loves you."

Later that night Cupid was bound to prove that. The two went to get a scheduled dinner (that Cupid insisted was a date) and then took a walk in the park. During this time, Cupid decided to speed things up a little. He shot the two with his love arrow.

"Angel, would you like to go back to my flat and watch a movie or something?"

Hearts seemed to have formed in Crowley's eyes. Aziraphale couldn't help but say, "That would be lovely Crowley."

Cupid followed them. They went to Crowley's flat. He turned on a movie, and that was that.

Until Crowley scooted a little closer, and Aziraphale rested his hand on his knee. The demon also had his arm wrapped around Aziraphale. Cupid didn't know what he was expecting.

"They're cute," he sighed.

Yes, they sure did seem cute when they both realized Cupid was stalking them. They flipped him off and Crowley closed the curtains.

"Oh well I'll let them cuddle alone."

Cuddling is what they did. All night long Aziraphale and Crowley held onto each other. Crowley's new favorite spot to lay his head was on the angel was his fluffy tummy. He loved how soft and sweet his angel was.

Not like it wasn't anything he hadn't seen before, it just felt new. It felt right. He felt safe in his arms.

"Six thousand years angel and we've never been this close. Why?"

Aziraphale whispered, "Because my idiot brother shot us with his love arrows and it's making me swoon over you. Something about real feelings I suppose," as he began to play with Crowley's hair.

"Oh, well I like this," Crowley said as he grabbed Aziraphale's hand. He believed it was a wonderful feeling to have your hand held. Usually he'd deny all this, but he decided he was different now.

He was very different.

For a week straight he took Aziraphale to the Ritz every day. He'd pepper his cheeks with little kisses. He'd hold his angel tightly.

"You're such a nice demon."

Any other time Crowley would have lost it. Not this time. He just whispered, "You're a lovely angel."

Cupid was satisfied with himself. Until Sunday, when Crowley and Aziraphale went back to normal.

"What's wrong Aziraphale?" he asked that night, "Where's your demon?"

Aziraphale leaned back in his chair with a book. He wasn't paying much attention to his brother but he did hear the question.

"I suppose we're back to normal. Your love arrow wore off."

Cupid said, "It doesn't wear off. It just doesn't work like that."

"Wore off of us," Aziraphale sighed, "Not that I miss it. Now Heaven can't accuse me of talking with a demon. Me and Crowley have our own ways of showing affection. I've known he's loved me just as much the whole time."

Cupid was no longer satisfied with himself.

"So you didn't like it?"

"I did. I also like how Crowley usually acts. That's the Crowley I know and love."

"I understand."
