𝓓𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓢𝓲𝓻𝓲𝓾𝓼,

My day was not going very well.

It wasn't until nightfall
that I went back to the common room.
I have been doing my homework all day. Merlin knows the professors
don't have mercy on us.

I arrived at the common room,
but it wasn't as empty as I
thought it would. You weren't
there though, so I was left
a bit disappointed.

It wasn't until a few minutes later
that I was about to leave, when
the painting opened suddenly,
revealing you.

I raised my eyebrows in surprise,
and when I was about to waved,
you came running towards me.

I let out a gasp in surprise when
you hid behind me, putting your
hands in my waist.

❝why are you hiding?❞
I asked you looking at you,
a smile in my face, feeling the heat radiating from your body
❝what'd you do?❞

❝why do you assume
I did something, Sammy?❞
you grinned, having that shine
in your eyes that makes me
happy you're happy.

❝Sirius, what did you—❞

❝Black!❞
James shouted coming
into the common room with white hair.

I opened my mouth, about to laugh
but I covered it. Unfortunately,
the rest of the common room
wasn't that gentle.

❝It was an accident, mate, I swear on the favorite jacket❞
You said trying to be serious,
but a chuckle came out.

❝Stop hiding behind Samantha,
don't be a coward!❞
James said shaking his head.
Most people would have thought he was mad, but I could tell he wasn't.
He could be a good actor sometimes.

Remus and Peter arrived, looking tired.
I can already tell they were
walking over here, rather than
running after you two.

❝My Sammy over here can defeat you, I'm not using her as shield,
but as a crown❞
You said, making me blush.
The rest of the boys saw that and
began chuckling, you couldn't see
my face, fortunately.

❝Come here and face me, Black!❞
James pointed at you after
hitting his hands against his chest,
like a gorilla. I swear this boy is something else.

❝it was an accident❞
you said I'm between laughs.
Your laugh was so contagious
that I joined in, making James
narrow his eyes at us.

❝I just want to talk❞
James said opening his arms, but we knew he wanted more than that.

❝you'll have to go through me❞
I said smiling.

They opened their mouths in surprise and I could tell you were smiling at me,
I could feel your eyes burning the back of my head.

❝alright then❞
James said coming towards me.

My eyes widened and for a moment
I thought he was going to squish
me against you, but instead,
he lift me up.

❝Put me down, James!❞
I shouted.

He wrapped his arms around my
legs and lift me into his shoulder.
I could hear you laughing, making me turn red.

James walked in a direction, but
instead of putting me in the ground,
he pass me into another arms.

For a split second I thought I had
landed in your arms, but no, that would have been too good.

I looked up and I saw I was in
Remus' arms. He smiled down at me
and put me down, but didn't let me go. He just wrapped his arm around my chest and we all watch how James
was tackling you to the ground.

I rolled my eyes and watch you two pretending to fight. I won't lie though,
it was one of the most entertaining things I have seen in a while.

Goodbye Sirius, I'll see you tomorrow.
