𝓓𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓢𝓲𝓻𝓲𝓾𝓼,

Remember that I was worry about passing the herbology exam?
Well, guess what?

I passed it!
All thanks to William.

He kindly stayed with me in the library for hours during the week.
He was a great tutor, and I even understand things better now
that he explains them in a easier way.

He accompanies back to the common room every time we finish.
And I can't help but notice he always wants to say something before leaving. But he never does, he only smiles and says goodnight.

Today, however, we saw each
other after dinner and he invited
me to go for a walk.

We walked around the castle
and talked for hours, until we decided it was time to go back to the common room to do homework.

He was saying goodbye to me
in front of the painting when it opened,
I looked and you were the one
that came out of it.

When you saw me, you smiled
and approached me, until you saw William. That's when you stopped
and stared at him.

William maintain the stare,
stopping what he was saying to me.

I cleared my throat and the both of you broke contact, only to looked
back at me.

❝uh-William, this is Sirius Black❞
I introduced you to him in hopes
that the awkwardness that I felt
would fade away
❝Sirius, this is William Knight❞

William nodded at you and
put his hand out. You stared at him
for few seconds until you shook
his hand, looking him up and down.

Did you not liked him, Sirius?
He is a really nice guy when
you get to know him.

William cleared his throat and
turn to me, smiling.

❝goodnight, Samantha❞
He said nodding at me.
I nodded back with a smile on my face, thinking that was going to be it.
Until he leaned over and left a warm kiss on my cheek.

I was frozen for a moment,
because I was not used to that, especially not from someone like him.

He smiled one last time at me
and then looked back at you, sending you a firm nod.

❝Black❞

You return the nod and we both
watch him walk away.

It wasn't until he was out of sight
that I felt you moved beside me.
I looked up at you and smile.

❝new friend?❞
you asked looking briefly at the
direction where he went, I didn't know what to make of your tone, however.
But I still nodded.
❝I was uh- looking for you, want to come?❞

❝where?❞
I asked and you smile.

❝I'm hungry and Prongs has a perfect view of Evans in the couch,
so he doesn't want to come❞
You shrugged.

You extended your hand at me and grinned.

I looked at your hand and then back at you, but I did take your hand.
All opportunities to hold your
hands are worth it.

You guided me through the hallways
of the castle, laughing and telling me about a prank you had planned
over the summer.
I followed you, listening to you,
happy to be together.

You didn't asked about William
again like I thought you would,
so I left it alone, thinking that you
were not in the mood.

Today was a good day.
I hope they keep staying like that.

Goodbye Sirius, I'll see you tomorrow.
