Margo sighed, "I can never stay mad at you, too, my lord." You handed her the cup, sending her a 'cheers'. "Anyways, were going through the final scene today. I know I told you guys I wanted to go in order, but I need to boost the chemistry between you, and I think that kiss will really help." You itched your nose to hide the blush, and Tom cleared his throat, taking a sip of his tea. She rubbed her temple, "I just hope it doesn't take more than 10 takes."

"PFt, please, Margo, we've got this in the bag."

"Great. Get into costume and makeup, be ready in 30."

You nodded, starting to walk towards your trailer, only to be tugged back. You turned to see Tom, hand intertwined in yours. "(Y/n)...I just wanted to tell you that..."

"Hmm?" You tilted your head, the long pause in his words confusing you.

"Nothing, ha, I'll see you in thirty minutes." He let go of your hand, softly running his hand through your hair before jogging away. "My god, I am so bloody awkward." He mumbles, rubbing his face.

"Okay, you've read through the script, but I want you to put all of your passion, your energy, your anger, EVERYTHING into this, babes." Margo positioned you on the set, fixing your hair before patting your cheek and moving towards Tom. "Show me all of that chemistry you two have on camera." She stepped backwards, before humming, "Instead of having you run into each other on the streets, I want (Y/n) to be standing outside the restaurant in the rain. Tom, you're going to see her and-oh my god this is going to be so much better!"

You chuckled, stepping over to Tom, who was reading through the script. "You ready?"

He jumped, looking up at you, "Oh, uh, yes I think so."

"Let's hope so." You sent him a close eyed smile before going to your spot. Tom let out an strained laugh before walking off camera.

"Cue the rain-"

Suddenly, rain started falling from the top of the set. You sighed, before closing your eyes.

"ACTION."

Tom walked on camera, frowning once he saw you. He walked next to you, holding his umbrella over you both. Your eyes shot open, and you looked to your side. You rubbed under your eyes, clearing your throat and putting on a smile. "James."

"I thought you said you had a date tonight." He looked down at you in concern.

"It...didn't...I just don't think Michael...it's nothing." You shuddered.

Tom scoffed, "What did he-" You shook your head, causing him to sigh. "You're soaking wet."

"I was waiting for a cab." You responded, looking at him, "I've only been out here for five minutes-"

"Hazel, you're going to get sick."

"I don't care." You whimpered, holding your arms.

"I do." Tom shedded his coat, handing it to you. "You're also wearing a revealing dress...if someone were to see you and..."

"I don't care." You repeated, put accepted the jacket, putting it over your shoulders.

"Hazel."

"No one cares about me...why should I." You whispered, sniffling.

"God dammit, Hazel." Tom grabbed your chin, making you look at him, "So many people care about you. Screw Michael. I've warned you he was a prick." You laughed in between your quiet sobs. Tom held your cheek, sighing. "You are so kind, Hazel. You are so kind, and funny, and you are absolutely brilliant."

"You're just saying that because you're my best friends." You sobbed, placing your hand on his, which remained on your face.

"No, Hazel, I'm saying that because..." He bit his lip, "I'm saying that because I love you." You stared at him, searching his brown eyes. "I've loved your smile, your laugh, everything about you...ever since I met you in that coffee shop."

Your eyes widened... that's not part of the script. You wanted to turn towards Margo, but you couldn't look away from Tom. You let out a small laugh, wrapping your arms around the brunette. "I love you, James." You wrapped your arms around Tom, swiftly pulling his lips to meet yours. Your bodies touched, neither of you wanting to leave a space between each other. Your hands roamed his hair as his fell at the side of yours hips, dropping the umbrella. The rain soaked you both, but neither of you cared.

When you parted, you both searched for breath. Tom grinned. "I've loved you from the moment we first met."

"CUT."

You turned to see Margo running on stage, arms crossed, "What was that, Tom? Hm?"

Tom gazed at you, and he grinned, "That was a confession."

Margo's eyes widened, and she beamed, "I love it!"

"Ma'am, what about-"

"We're going to add a coffee scene at the beginning. It'll replace the club." She looked between you both, "I can't believe it."

You giggled, "Me neither-"

"I got the scene I wanted without needing to redo it! I'm such an amazing director!" Margo laughed heartily, "I thought this would take all week! No offense..."

You grasped Tom's collar, smirking as you tugged him closer, "None taken."

A/n- idk how I feel about this but I think I actually maybe love it?????
