"Justin it's not just you anymore! You can't just go clubbing whenever you want to!"
"Hannah! I'm working constantly! Between the studio and promoting, all I want is time to unwind!"
"Well then unwind at home! With me, your wife, and your kids! Don't you think I want some time to myself too?"
"Oh please! All you do is sit at home!"
After Justin said that you were shocked. You and Justin have been fighting more recently than in your 4 years of marriage. But that comment had to be the worse. Especially since you were taking care of 2 young children and taking online classes. You turned around to go upstairs cause you couldn't look at Justin anymore. When you turn around you see your little boy and girl standing in the doorway with their stuffed animals and sleepy faces. You know that they heard the whole fight since they couldn't fall asleep without daddy tucking them in. You quickly hide the tears coming to your eyes and said to your kids, "say goodnight to daddy and lets head to bed."
After you put the kids to sleep, you go to yours and Justin's bedroom and get into bed. Once you lie down you can't stop the tears. You can't do this anymore. All the arguments and unanswered question are too much for you. Plus you don't want your babies to grow up with all this yelling. You got lost in your thought and didn't notice Justin walk in. Justin got into bed and noticed you were crying, "Baby...".
"I can't do this anymore" was the first thing out of your mouth.
"What do you mean Hannah?"
"I can't keeping arguing and wondering where you are. I love you so much but I just can't keep fighting for a relationship that seems to have no hope."
"Are you saying what I think you are?" Justin says with tears his voice. You're quiet for a moment. "Yeah Justin, I think I am," you say crying harder. It's quiet. All you hear is breathing from both you and Justin. But then you hear Justin break down crying.
"Please Hannah. Don't do this. I'll change. I just know you can't leave me. You. Those beautiful kids. You guys are my world. And I am so sorry if I don't show you this. But I'll change. Promise. I'll be home more. I'll start doing music here. I just don't want to lose you or the kids. I definitely don't want them to grow up like I did. With parents in different places and that lingering thought if it's their fault." As Justin says all this, he grabs you in his arms and turns your head to look at him. Youstart crying cause that's exactly what you needed to hear. The last thing you wanted to do was leave Justin but you couldn't fight for this relationship alone.
"Justin you know I love you so much. If you're telling me the truth then I think we can work this out." You say with teary eyes. Justin holds your face, looks into your eyes, and gives you the most passionate kiss. You cuddle into Justin with your head on his chest.
"Tomorrow let's have a family day. Just you, me, and the kids. No interruptions." Justin suggests
"I like the sound of that" You say falling asleep.
But right before you fall asleep you hear Justin say, "You and those babies are all that matters. And I'm gonna prove that to you."
