Chapter 53

Janelle's POV
I woke up from my nap and sat up in bed. I had quite a few notifications. I had one from Jerome
J ❤️:
Gone out with Damien, be back soon xx
I replied:
Okay xx

I had some other messages from Jade but i didnt even read them. One message caught my eye. It was from Sophie:
Thanks for your advice the other day, you really helped me out. And oh yh im going out with Mr Elliot :D
I relplied:
Np and good for you =)):*
I had a message from my dad but i just ended the chat.
I had another message from a boy called Tristan:
Babe want to come over ;)
I replied
Not interested
Tristan:
Why babe
Me:
In a relationship
And with that he deleted me. I laughed.
I got out of bed to eat something. I didnt really know what to eat. I cut up some fruits and put them in a bowl. Watermelon, apples grapes pineapples melon and strawberries. I sat on the sofa and turned on the tv. I flicked through the channels and stopped e4 to watch how i met your mother. I put my bowl on the coffee table. I kinda miss Jerome but I'll just have to wait till he gets back.
Just then the door knocked. I got up to answer it, it was Sapphire.
"Hii"
"Hii is Damien back yet?"
"Nope hes still out"
"Oh"
"Come in"
She followed me into the living room
"Can i get you anything?"
"No im okay thank you"
There was a pause
"What does it feel like being pregnant"
"I guess being pregnant is a different experience for everyone but, for me, i get cravings most of the time. Like i have a thing for pringles and theres about twenty tubes in the cupboard"
She laughed
"But the downside is that i am always tired. I sleep for a long time and i find myself becoming sleepy throughout the day... Why d'you ask"
"I think im pregnant" she smiled
"Ahh that's great news. Have you takes a pregnancy test?"
"No"
"Then how do you know?"
"Ive been vomitting all morning"
"Oh i got morning sickness aswell. I'll make you some tea." I said walking to the kitchen. I boiled the kettle
"Right, ive got some clear blue pregnancy test upstairs if you want to use it"
"Sure"
She followed me upstairs. I have her a stick and she went to go and piss on it.
She came out with it in her hand
"Nervous?"
"Mmmhmm"
I smiled " i was aswell"
She looked down and her eyes opened wide
"Congratulations!!!"
"You and Damien will make great parents"
"Thanks, ive always wanted to be a mummy"
Just then the door knocked. We ran down stairs and i opened it
"Hi" me and Sophie said
"Hey girls"
They followed us to the living room and they had bags of wrapped presents. They put them under the tree and sat on the sofa.
"So me and - well Sapphire have some news"
I nudged Sapphire.
"Im pregnant" she said smiling.
