Jaydene's POV
Science had just finished and now it was break. Me and Aaron were walking through the corridors together. Someone bumped into me. I looked up and it was Tyreece.
"Ahh" he turned to face me "oh sorry Jaydene"
"Uh, um its fine" i kept walking.
Aaron looked at me weird
"What?"
"Have you had like a conversation with him since -"
"No"
"Oh"
"Yh"
"Does it feel awkward"
"It hurts a bit"
"Oww" he squeazed my hand and i smiled weakly.
I didnt want to speak to Tyreece at all. He just brings back so many bad memories. All the hurt, all the pain, all the depression, i cant take all of than anymore and i refuse to. I want to be happy. That's all ive ever asked for and i think its finally happening.
"What you getting me for valentines day?" I asked Aaron changing the subject. He smiled and bit his lip.
"Idk" he smiled at me
I raised an eyebrow
"Hmmm"
"What you getting me?" He asked
I smiled and looked down "idk"
"Mmmhmm. You look pretty"
"Do i?"
"You look pretty everyday"
I felt my face warm and i smiled "thank you"
Aaron really makes me feel better about myself. I start to believe his compliments bit by bit everyday.
