Chapter 299

Jaydene's POV
I couldn't concentrate all day. I couldn't even complete my class work. The bell went for lunch. I picked up my stuff and was about to leave the room.
"Um Jaydene can i speak to you?" miss Evans asked. I turned around.
"Yh sure"
"Is everything okay"
"Yh why?" I said putting my bag more on my shoulder.
"You don't seem yourself. You weren't really concentrating today"
"Yh i know. Um- i feel abit sick"
"Okay, maybe you should go to the nurses office"
"Yh"
"Hi Jaydene" i turned around to see Jayden standing in the door way
"Hii Jayden" i said giving him a hug
"Everything good"
"Yh kinda. I need to speak to you though"
"Oh okay"
"See you later guys" miss said walking out
"Bye"
"Bye"
We sat down at one of the tables
"Whats up?"
"Tyreece got stabbed"
"What?! When?! By who?!"
"On my birthday and either Marco or Sean"
"Why?"
"He was at the party and i froze when i saw him. I didnt really expect him to be there. Coz - um-"
"Yh"
"Yh and they told him to go and he was with Chloe"
"Your ex bestfriend Chloe?"
I sighed "yh"
"Hmm"
"But Aaron said that Tyreece pulled out his shank first but still-"
"You feel like its your fault?"
I nodded "mmmhmm. If i didnt overreact and try to commit suicide-"
"Don't blame this on yourself. Its not your fault tyreece did what he did"
"I know but i feel like none of it would've happened"
He leaned over and gave me a hug
"Its alright Jaydene, don't worry about it"
I sighed again "okayy"
"Hii"
We turned around to see Samantha in the doorway. I faked a smile
"Hi" i said standing up
"Where you going?" Jayden asked me
"Home" i picked up my bag
"Oh okay, byee"
"Bye, bye Samantha"
"Bye"
I walked out and went to the medical office.
"Whats up Jaydene?"
"I want to go home"
"Why?"
"Um. I feel sick" i lied
Miss Thompson raised an eyebrow "sure you do" i like miss Thompson. Shes nice and she let me stay in the medical room when i didnt want to face the bullies.
I smiled and looked away "miss please send me home"
"Why?"
"Just found out something that i wish i didnt"
"Want to speak about it?"
"Nahh"
"Okay, well i send you home anyway" she said signing a note
"Ahh thanks miss you're the best"
She smiled and handed me the note "no problem"

At home-
I walked into the kitchen and my parents were making out. I shivered
"Eww"
They turned and looked at me and started to laugh.
"How do you think you were made?" Dad asked
"Ew ew ew. I don't want to know" i shivered again. They laughed at me
"Why you home so early?" Mum asked
"Because i wanted to come home"
They shared a look
"Why?" Dad asked
"Not feeling well" i said walking over to the fridge.
"Mmmhmm"
I poured myself a glass of water and went to my room.
I took some anxiety tablets and drank it down with some water. I went into the bathroom and ran myself a nice hot bubble bath. When it was done setting, i turned the tap off and put my clothes in the hamper. I tied my hair up into a high bun and got into the bath. I leaned my head back and sighed. I don't even know what to think.

Aaron's POV
I couldn't find Jaydene anywhere. I went to Miss Thompson because ik shes close with Jaydene.
"Kl miss?"
She smiled "hi Aaron"
"Do you know where Jaydene is?"
"She went home"
"What? Why?"
"She said she wasnt feeling well but i think shes lying. You know whats up?"
I sighed and put a hand to my head "yh"
"Wanna talk about it?"
"Nah not really"
"Okay, well schools over in a period so wont be long to you see her"
"Okay thanks miss" i said walking out. How did i know this was going to happen.
