You sat down on the floor, staring at your boyfriend. He'd been acting weird lately. Really playful. He'd do things like send you smilies on messages, invite you to play 'illogical' games, and he even gave you a piggyback ride through the halls.
Something was seriously up. "Spock, are you feeling okay?"
"Of course I am (y/n), why do you ask?"
"It's just, you've been acting kinda weird...." You replied, and nodded.
"I've been talking to Jim, and he said that if I want to make you happy I should act more human. I assumed you liked the new me."
"The new you is fine and all, but I want my Spock back. Not what Jim told you to be." You said, and he looked you in the eyes.
"Are you sure?" He asked, and you nodded, then gave him a hug. He moved uncomfortably, and that was when you knew he was back. You liked him as he was, and nothing would change that.
You would miss the piggyback rides though....
