Paki-intindi na lang po yung mga tulad namin, hindi naman pwede na kaming mga introvert and intrapersonal ay laging nakiki-fit-in for purpose of social interaction. We need a reason for social interaction, dapat may sense kasi, try nyo please kayo naman makibagay sa mga introverts kasi alam nyo mas unique ang introverts and they are also rare at pag naging friend mo sila, meron ka nang one loyal true friend kahit na konti lang ang circle of friends niya. Intrapersonal Intelligence

This area has to do with introspective and self-reflective capacities. This refers to having a deep understanding of the self; what one's strengths or weaknesses are, what makes one unique, being able to predict one's own reactions or emotions.

Strengths: Introspection and Self-Reflection

Individuals who are strong in intrapersonal intelligence are good at being aware of their own emotional states, feelings and motivations. They tend to enjoy self-reflection and analysis, including day-dreaming, exploring relationships with others and assessing their personal strengths.

• Good at analyzing their strengths and weaknesses

• Enjoys analyzing theories and ideas

• Excellent self-awareness

• Clearly understands the basis for their own motivations and feelings

Definition: Intrapersonal Intelligence is defined as the ability to access, understand and communicate one's own inner feelings.

Usually found in: philosophers, gurus, mystics, sages, wise elders, novelists, counsellors, poets, song writers, people with a deep sense of self.

Intrapersonal Intelligence traits:

Exercises to strengthen Intrapersonal Intelligence:

• use personal growth activities to break through learning blocks 

• include time for personal 'heart to heart' talks 

• schedule debriefing periods to discuss your personal experiences

• make time for inner reflection, contemplation, meditation 

• do independent study — bootstrapping 

• incorporate 'pair and share' and 'think and listen' sessions to clarify your own thinking 

• listen to your intuition
