Zack rolled over in bed, so he could face you. He was confident with you, he hadn't really been confident in his life, but he was with you. He watched through the early morning sun, as you tugged the blankets closer around the pair of you. You used to steal the blankets in the beginning of your relationship now, now you made sure he was warm too. He pulled you closer to him, making sure you were comfortably resting on his chest and tugged the blankets around your form. He kissed your forehead and then your nose, smiling when it scrunched. He drew his fingers lightly over your bare arms, tickling you gently.

You snuffled closer to him but didn't wake. He danced his fingers over your warm stomach, smiling at the sigh he elicited. He kissed your head again, moving closer to your ear. He whispered romantic nothings in your ear. You snuffled but still didn't wake. He brushed his fingers along your stomach again and you gave a breathy sigh but still didn't wake.

He twisted slightly and whispered more romantic words in your ear. He drew his fingers along your back, up and down. You smiled into his chest. He kissed your ear. You smiled, eyes fluttering but they didn't open. He ran his fingers down your arm again. Whispering words in your ears as you wiggled against him, waking up.

"Zack!" He smiled at your laughing tone, "Why are you waking me up at six in the morning on a Saturday?"

"I wanted to talk to you. I wanted to see your smiling eyes." You hummed, "Did you get that from Hogdins or Booth?" He laughed, "Angela and Cam." You smiled. "Can I go back to sleep or do you want to have a discussion about something totally irrelevant?" He grinned at you, "Go back to sleep." He ran his fingers through your hair, making your eyes feel heavy and eventually they closed. Your breaths became heavy and you fell asleep encased in Zack's arms.
