one boy that you were in love with, but he never loved you

and you still get that queasy feeling in your stomach every
time you see him, or even when you just talk to him online.
and you would do anything for him to just talk to you,
because you love hearing his voice.
and you know you could never ever love anyone as much as
you love him, but you have to pretend you're over him so you
can just get on with your life.
and you finally stopped trying because you know he will
never love you back, but you still can't stop thinking about
him.
and you just hold onto all those memories you have with
him, just in case you never have any more.
and you hold on to every word he says and every gorgeous
smile he smiles and every laugh he laughs because you know
you'll never meet anyone like him.
and every time you listen to a song you heard when you were
with him, he's all you can think about for the rest of the
week.
but you know you can never have him, and you just weren't
meant to be,
