"It doesn't matter. As long as I'm with you.",
I replied;

"By the way did you notice what I have been wearing ever since we got married?"
Piper looked confused. She looked at my feet, my legs, my arms and my

head;
"What?"

"The smile you gave me. I should have told you that you could rearrange continents with that smile of yours."

She stopped in the middle of the street and pulled my hand. We looked each other in the eyes as our lips came closer together. We locked them and the kisses must have lasted for ten minutes.

"I honestly don't know what I would do without you in my life.",

Piper put her hand on my cheek and I didn't know whether she was about to smile or cry.

"Me neither, Pipes. I would probably still be wandering around without a purpose.",
I agreed.

"Thank you for sticking around when things were tough. You were the one who saved me. Words can’t contain this love you have shown to me, an entire ocean of ink wouldn’t be enough to describe them. They were a starburst of light amongst the darkening dusk. Al, I simply want to say you complete me. Your touch leaves a trail for me to always find my way back to you. There was a time when I thought we were over for good. Both of us made mistakes and I just thought that was it. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I was wrong.",

she got choked up.

"Do you remember the first time I said I loved you? You were wearing a purple shirt and blue sweatpants.."

"Yes..what about it?"

"I want you to know that I meant it. I loved you before that and I loved you after that. I have always loved you."

She hugged me and we stayed like that for what seemed like forever.
And before we walked off I whispered to her;

"Just because the timing was off, it didn't mean you and I were not destined to be. There's no end to our story."
