I walked over to the door, turning the lock. The last thing I wanted was someone else walking in on me. I went to the bathroom to freshen up. It was pretty large, almost like the one at the castle, but smaller.  This bathroom has only one tub, you know the ones you see in the classic movies? Yeah, the single clawfoot tub. The flooring was a gold and cream marble tile and the sink had the same gold marble. Below it was a cabinet that was made of a wood color that was a deep shade of auburn. It was a pretty neat setup. I love how there are large windows in this bathroom. Maybe Lucifer's creeps can watch me shower. Or perhaps, he could send a crow to spy on me. I took my shirt and pants off, turning on the water. It was pretty gloomy outside at the moment. It was wet and cold. I hated it.

I walked over to the windows, opening them at a crack. I needed some form of fresh air. I walked to the tub feeling the water hit my finger. Good, it's warm. I stepped into the shower trying to decide on what it was exactly I wanted to take. Maybe a bath, but then again a shower would be good. But a bath would be more relaxing. Then again a shower would be quick and efficient. I wouldn't have to worry about Bael kicking the door down. A shower it is. I thought to myself.

The warm water caressed my skin, moaning in delight, I stepped right under it. Allowing my hair to soak up the falling water. I opened my eyes, stepping back in my regular stance. I bent down to get the body wash, which usually had its normal place by the tub. Moving my hand from left to right. I couldn't seem to get a hold of the bottle. I knew it was there. I saw it there before I even took my clothes off. The sound of clicking came from the window. The wind is probably picking up. I thought to myself.  I reached further, but still no bottle...

Just as I was about to give up, the bottle hit my hand and the shrieking sound of a crow echoed through the bathroom. "Great." I whispered, slowly standing up. "You should have just called." Lucifer said, whispering into my neck. He gently placed his hand on my hips. "You need to leave and I need to take my shower. Leave me to be at peace. Th..." He covered my mouth with his large cold hand before I could finish. "You know if you didn't say such a thing, this shower would have been the best you'd ever have in your lifetime..." He stated in a husky tone, pulling me hard against his body. "But as you requested.." He whispered.

I turned to face him, but he wasn't there. Groaning in aggravation, I grabbed my loofah and shower gel. I squeezed the gel onto the loofa, rubbing it and allowing it to sud. I then started to  scrub my body to get what little dirt it might have on it. I was enjoying this, being clean and all. I love taking showers. During this time it's the only place you can sing and do whatever you want. I scrubbed my toes, then turned the showerhead back on. Walking under it, I felt good. All of the bubbles, sud, and unwanted dirt running down my body. Closing my eyes, I sort of got very relaxed, enough to where it took me a while to notice the sound of multiple hisses. I opened my eyes, right when the water stopped and the drain sounded backed up by something. Looking down.. I tried hard, really hard not to scream.

The tub was filled with more than 40 black snakes, I couldn't. A cool smooth sensation slid onto my skin. The coldness crept it's way up past my ankles, and past my shins. I just couldn't. A scream came from my stomach and erupted through my throat and out of my mouth when I looked down to meet eyes with 4 black snakes. Two on each of my legs. I couldn't stop screaming. "BLOODY  MURDER!!"I yelled. A tear fell down my cheek. I was in shock, I  hated snakes. This was something I could not tolerate. A fucking nightmare."BLOODY FUCKING MURDER!!" I yelled louder. At that point, I was starting to hyperventilate. My breaths were uneven. I was starting to lose grasp of reality. My vision blurred as I tried to focus on the pattern on the shower curtain. But I could not calm myself. My vision was getting worse before I could scream again. The door burst open and in came whoever it was. Who planned to save me, only it was too late. My head became light and my vision went black as I fell into the pit of black snakes.

The pungent smell of alcohol filled my senses. As I awoke irritated by the smell. Which left a burning sensation in the back of my dry throat. I opened my eyes, only to be set off by a bright light that was shining on my eyes. The light became more focused, clear. "Can you hear me?" A deep voice asked as I looked to the source of the person holding the light. The man was dressed in regular jeans and a dress shirt. His body was built and I must say that I was liking the 1950's sleeked back hair and well-groomed mustache and beard he had going on. I looked at the light blinking abruptly. "Yes," I replied, voice croaky. "Good, good." He said with a smile. "Where am I?" I asked a bit confused. All I remember were the snakes and Lucifer. Things went black from there. "You are still in the packhouse, just at the clinic. I.. Well..we heard you screaming, for dear life from upstairs. When we got to where you were. You seemed to be unconscious, floating in the tub." He stated. I looked at him, brows furrowed.

"Does Bael, know about this?" I asked, crossing my fingers. "Yes, in fact, he was the first one who got  to you." He replied, taking off his gloves tossing them onto the sink area of the clinic. "The good, thing is that though you were out for a while, your vitals are good and you are in good shape." He said now, writing in a small note pad. "I recommend you, give this to Bael and get some good rest." He said, ripping out the page from his note pad and handing it to me. "What is your name?" I asked him. "To what does it concern you?" He asked. I looked at the paper folding it into a few different squares. "I was just curious, is all," I said, getting up from the seat. I groaned from the good amount of pain I felt in my abdomen and thigh muscles. He walked up to me, placing one of his hands around my waist, as he walked me to the door.

He opened the door. Right there in front stood the great alpha Bael. I smiled a fake smile. He looked at me, face serious. I was a bit intimidated by how serious he was. "Makes sure she gets a ton of rest." He said to Bael. I sighed "Yeah, yeah." I said, trying to lighten the mood. Only what I  said, fell flat. Bael walked up to me and picked me up bridal style, turning and walked down the hall, past the rooms, filled with different people having their own type of fun. There was sex in one room, singing in the other, dancing, and more. I smiled a little, feeling good about being here. It lightens my mood to see a house filled with people who can live, love, and truly enjoy the sunshine life has to offer. Before I knew it, we were there. But not in my room, in his room?

I looked around after he placed me on the soft bed. Yep, definitely his room. The room had wooden floors, the sheets were satin, and there was a mirror hanging on the back of the door. In the reflection was me, sitting in the bed and above the bed was a painting. Which was one of my favorites by Vincent Van Gough. Which was called 'Landscape at twilight.' I smiled, wishing I was standing in that picture. Staring at the house just in front of me. Possibly walking home from a world's journey on the holidays to see the people I truly care about. But before I get to the house, I lock in the memories for the scenery, so my soul will forever keep it for moments to remember.

"What exactly happened?" Bael asked, walking in front of the mirror blocking my view. His hands were crossed over his chest and the shirt he wore was nicely fitted on his well-defined body. He wore a black shirt and grey sweat pants. His hair was a curly mess and his eyes were a deep shade of blue. I sighed before even replying. "I'm tired." I told him, pulling the covers over half of my body. "I don't care if you are tired, you will tell me at this moment what happened." He said walking up to the end of the bed. I smiled knowing he was annoyed by me acting this way. "Nothing happened, I just sort of slipped and fell." I said to him. "BULLshit.." He yelled. I looked at him rolling my eyes. "Lucifer.," I whispered, starting to tell him but stopping myself. Thinking about the consequences.

"What about him?" Bael asked looking at me. Walking to my side of the bed, he placed his hand on my leg gently rubbing and squeezing my thigh. It felt good, but I didn't want to even do this stuff. I sighed, pushing his hand off of my thigh. "I do not wish to speak about it, I only wish to get rest.I'm too tired to think and speak any further. Good night Bael." I said,  laying down and turning to face the opposite side from where he is sitting. "This is not something to joke about, he is not someone to joke about." Bael said, voice serious. "Good night," I said, closing my eyes. The sound of his footsteps was loud, he opened the door and exited the room. Slamming the door shut behind him. Great. I thought to myself self inhaling. "One pebble, that might have caused a tsunami," I whispered to myself, exhaling.
