Three months ago
Around 800 kms from Sydney, a young man in his loose shirts and shorts was grilling the fish on the slow fire.
He was waiting for her to get up from her slumber. He didn't know that the effect of sleeping pills would be so strong on her. Veena told him to use less quantity as she knew about her health conditions.
The lady in white got up from her dream and saw herself in the most beautiful island. She moved out of the tent and tried to understand how did she land up in the island in the first place.
She saw a hefty man's back and the way his wavy hair were flowing in the breeze. He was busy doing some work and she thought the perfect chance to hit him on the head, without warning making a run for it.
She found a log of wood and took it from the bed of sand. She slowly marched at him but failed to keep it silent and ended up breaking a twig with her soft foot.
The man raised his eyes up and his smile grew knowing the person, approaching him. He smelled her scent which he had missed for nearly half a year. 5 months-153 days-3650 hours. He turned around to see her shocked face.
How much he tried to hold back himself to kiss her. Her soft self on his lap resting, in the helipad which managed to drop them in this beautiful island to reminisce their lost love.
He just caressed her cheeks and kissed them in between when she laid unconscious on his lap.
Prisha backed a little getting confused at why did he come back?
When he had broken all the ties, then why?
What did he want?
Before she could gather her thoughts, Sanal grabbed her waist with his right hand and her nape with his left. He kissed her luscious lips which he had missed badly.
He felt her tears falling on his cheeks and wanted to calm her fast-beating heart. Her eyes, her nose, her cheeks, her smell, her hair and her touch - he missed them all. He held her softly in his strong arms, just the way she liked. He moved his plump lips on her soft ones and took his sweet time to taste her. He would open his teary eyes slightly in between their kiss to see whether he was dreaming or not.
She was puzzled at his move but missed him. His scent, his wavy hairs, his strong yet soft grip on her. She felt his tongue dancing on hers for the first time, mesmerising her. She wanted this for so long, especially when she had seen his love for her before marriage. His soft care, his sweet words, his soft forehead kisses, his concern.
She slowly moved her hands on his wavy hairs to bring him closer. She heard his moaning whisper 'I love you so much, my sunshine,' waking her up.
'Why you need to be so close to him, huh?'
'Oh, maybe he is a spare and your actual boyfriend is someone else, huh?!'
'You know, you are worse than the roadside...'
'Um...Prerna you have something on your cheeks,'
She used her strength and pushed him away from her. Sanal was taken aback by her jolt.
He opened his mouth to tell her the actuality of the situation, but she started running away from him.
He got confused and ran after her to not let her suffer any injuries or worst end up in front of a wild animal.
He grabbed her wiggling self from behind and tried to still her but
She jolted her body upwards hitting him on his head with her head. He clutched his forehead at the powerful impact from his once fragile wife.
He opened his mouth to clarify his kidnapping attempt when
Smack!
She forcefully kicked him on the guts, making him fall back. He got shocked at her new aura, and felt the blood droplet on his lips.
He gave his infamous half-smile and spoke
"The old man taught you well, huh?" he slowly strode to her fighting stance, making her look sexy. She gave an evil smile and ran to punch his face with a mighty bolt shaking him up.

He saw stars in the daylight, clutching his head. He then saw her running towards him again. She jumped on him, wrapped her legs around his head and tried to twist it but only managed to make him fall with a severe headache.

Sanal jolted his head, getting shocked at the incredible head scissors move that his petite wife made on him. If he had not blocked her leg grip on his neck, he would have laid unconscious on the sand.
Sanal was a born fighter and had worked his way into the world of mafia. Vinay chose him only seeing his talent and sharp mind. He was also a quick learner and would easily copy the opponents move to his advantage.
Prisha was a novice. Yet a learner, in front of him. But the anger that had built up in her only made it harder for him to even stand still.
"Martial arts! Wow!! I love you more, honey!!" he managed to irritate her who grunted at his sweet call and marched at him, trying to kick him with her powerful legs. Sanal was dodging her moves, liking her new self. He saw her fast moves with her once fragile hands and legs astonishing him.
If it was not for his speed, she would have definitely managed to give him serious injuries. So, he was not planning to fight her back and only moved back, irritating her more and more. At a given chance, she did manage to give him a strong blow right on the shins or the face (her favourite place) making her glorify her win over the hefty arrogant excuse of a man.
He just allowed her to get her chance to hit him to exert her anger on him as much as she could. But he had to tell her the real intention of the kidnapping and she was not letting. So, there was only one way to make her listen to him.
He saw that she was serious and thought to end it asap. He moved two steps back and managed to throw some loose sands on her face, temporarily blinding her.
She grunted loudly, trying to clear her sight. But she found herself being lifted on the air, being rested on his shoulders.
He threw her in the sea not letting go of her wiggling self. He dunked her head in the water, softly. First to cool it and second to remove the sands from her almond eyes.
Prisha moved over the water trying to breath. Sanal kissed her again to give her the required air to breathe. Prisha separated from him understanding his little trick.
She then moved through the water to reach ashore. She tried to dry her wet self, keeping mum at his frequent call.
"Listen to me, please," He caught hold of her hand which she took back with a bolt. She was just glaring at him with so much hatred and disgust making him hate himself. But he had a purpose for kidnapping her which he wanted to tell her.
Prisha then walked to sit on the sand and closed her ears with her hands to shut his voice out.
Sanal saw the childish way, his wife was trying to ignore him.
He tsked and went to take care of food as he assumed her to be hungry.
He brought the fruit bowl filled with exotic fruits picked from the jungle, specifically regarding her taste buds. She moved her head away from his fruit bowl. But he went and knelt in front of her.
She took a sinister look at the bowl and then his face. She then pushed it away from her face, without taking her glare from his soft ones.
He poked his tongue on his cheeks, speaking
"So, this is how we going to do it now, huh?" he caught hold of his thighs, looking into her eyes.
She scoffed at his false concern for her. Seeing her refusal to even listen to him, Sanal got up and went to the tent.
He then bought his slow fried fish in front of her and ate to his content. He hummed in satisfaction at its relishing taste.
He then washed his hands in the sea water and watched her gazing at the sea, ignoring him totally.
He laid on the hammock that he had managed to tie near the shade of the coconut tree. He peacefully slept keeping his hat on top of his face to avoid the sunrays.
After some time, Prisha looked back at him hearing his snores and thought to try her escape again.
She got up slowly not taking her eyes off even from his sleeping self.
She ran through the thick jungle road, not understanding the way. But her mission was to be away from him. So, she thought to just follow her instincts.
As the scorching sun pierced through the high trees and scanty bushes, she found herself breathless and hungry.
She stopped at the support of the tree and bend her head back on the tree bark to rest for a while, before scavenging again for a safe route.
As she closed her eyes, she heard a hissing sound nearby. She moved her eyes from her closed eyelids and opened them slowly to get stunned at the sight.
Before she could move, she heard a whooshing sound and a knife sticking the head of the snake on the opposite tree trunk. The creature wiggled around the knife, till it met its end
She looked back to see Sanal with the attacking pose and striding slowly towards her. He then moved past her and took out the combat knife from the tree trunk, careful to not touch the dead poisonous snake. He then moved the animal away with a stick and dumped it far away from them.
He then brushed off the blood with the leaves, looking at her shocked self. He then safely put the knife in its sheath.
He caught hold of his hip and glared at her, speaking
"First - this is a jungle. High possibility of getting killed either by wild animals or cannibals. Second - I am not going to get dragged around this unknown place, just so you want to play *quoting in the air* 'Predator,' got it?"
Prisha thought about his concern and decided to not stray away anymore. But she was smart enough to not let him realise it.
She walked back to their tent, keeping her distance from him.
*Grumble*
Sanal looked back at her and raised his eyebrow at the grumbling sound that her stomach made.
Yes, she was hungry but had opted to not talk to him.
"You can eat the fish," saying so, he moved to the other side of the tent to cover it up for the possible rains.
Prisha looked at the grilled fish on the stick and thought once to have it. But her pride was not allowing her. So, she just went inside the tent to sleep off her hunger till the time she can think of a plan to escape from the island and him.
She was thinking as to how did he come to know about her being in Sydney.
Vinay had told her that he didn't want Sanal to know about her whereabouts. Then how?
And why did he kidnap her? Maybe to take her back. No, she can't go back. Not to him. Not the trauma. Not the fights. No, she had managed to convince her mind that she will not go back to him, again. No way.
In the evening
Prisha couldn't take it anymore. Her hunger streak was coming in strong. She thought to keep her pride aside for a minute and concentrate on surviving.
So, what he made it! The sea has given the fishes and every living being has the right to survive on whatever, the nature offers it. Yeah, she was going to eat the fish.
What the fish?!!
She saw her fish being devoured by a gorilla known as Sanal. She felt more hungry, more angry, more remorseful for not eating the appetizing fish before, and her headache was coming back.
Sanal smiled at her, saying
"I am really a good cook. Especially when it comes to non-veg, right?!"
Prisha screamed on top of her voice, stomping her feet on the sand, kicking it and grabbing her hair. Sanal got scared for a minute and got up seeing her like this for the first time.
She then came back to her normal stance and looked at him with so much anger that she would actually roast him on the slow fire and eat him up!
She went to the water container and drank the water to drive off her hunger.
She threw the empty bottle towards him who was clueless about her anger.
He told her to have the fish before. It was her fault not to have it.
