~Ricky's POV~
I pulled out a dusty box as Niko poured hot coco in the kitchen. "Niko," I called, "Where's the 3rd box?" "In the garage," Niko called back. We were decorating for Christmas so I had to bring the boxes in before we bought a tree. "Ready?" Niko asked. "Yeah, I'll grab the keys," I said. We hopped in the car and drove to Home Depot to pick out a Christmas tree.
When we arrived we saw Connor and Emily driving off with their tree. We walked inside and followed the smell of pine.
I turned around to ask Niko which size she wanted but she wasn't there. "Niko," I called, "Where are you?" As I turned my back Niko popped out from behind a Christmas Tree and scared me. "AGH," I screamed. She kept laughing and told me she found a perfect tree. We picked it up and drove it home. When we got home we started to decorate it.
We finished most of the ornaments when I handed Niko the star. I sat her on top of my shoulders and Niko placed the star on top. I kissed Niko on the nose as I put her down. After we were done we climbed in bed excited for Michaels party coming up.
