"I don't see why I have to come with you,"

"Because I don't want to go alone."

I was bickering with Fundy, I decided to take a trip to the Vibe city library on stream since it's one of the biggest libraries I've seen but I didn't want to go alone since there are new people and Yumeiro is supposed to be in the hospital still. I heard that they got her back last night after she escaped for a couple of days. I would've gotten someone else to come with me but half of them are not online or they're busy both in-game and outside of the game.

Our heels clicked along with the wood, the Vibe city gate was already open so we walked inside. The gate slammed behind us. I jumped and let out a high-pitched screamed and Fundy jumped and ran away from the gate quickly. His ears and tail was down and he was hunched over showing that he was alarmed, Blviir was standing there holding the lever of the gate.

"If you're visiting Yumeiro, it's not fucking visiting hours," A girl with cherry-colored and a scar on her nose says banging her fist above the lever and walked to where we were standing.

"We're... not," I said mumbling, I was nervous. She's part of Vibe city? How did she even pass the Vibe check?

"We're here to go to the library," Fundy says, you can hear the fear in his voice.  She tch'ed and walked away. Fundy and I let out sighs of relief slouching since we were so tense.

"What was that about?" I said quieter hugging myself.

"I don't know but I'm not gonna question it." Fundy said shaking his head.

The fox grabbed my arm walking back on path to the library. I held the door open for Fundy, I went in after. I felt the excitement lift inside of my chest. Leaving Fundy I walked around the library looking in certain sections.

My hands brushed against a book that happened to be a fantasy genre, there was a sound of thudding. I peaked my eyes through the shelf. There were (E/c) enticing eyes, I wasn't expecting to see them. Backing away, the person walked to the end to of the section.

(Y/n) stood at the end of the hall with a dark green veil with white vibe city V's with white lines above the V's. She looked tired and dull. She had a book in her hands and walked over to me.

"Yumeiro? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Honey let me visit here. I didn't except you here." Yumeiro says holding the book closer.

"Can I see that one?" I asked pointing down to the book in her hand. She nodded and handed me the book. It was a horror story.

I opened the book and flipped through the pages, brushing my fingers against the pages. The story was about a complex fantasy world. I felt a slight breath against my ear and neck. My face became inflamed into pink blush, Yumeiro was leaning over my shoulder.

"What are you doing, Angel face?" I asked turning to her. I was debating if I could say the nickname to her, I wanted to say no but the nickname still slipped out. I blushed up to my ears.

"I'm reading the book, Adorble Bean." Yumeiro says, her eyes were reading each sentence carefully. I gave the book back to her and grabbed the book I was previously looking at on the shelf.

"What's that one?" Yumeiro asks trying to look over my shoulder again.

"It's about some fantasy world about-" I went on rambling to her about the story and what kind of stories I like. Yumeiro sat there listening through it all with a star struck expression.

"Do you have any book recommendations? I get bored doing nothing in the hospital." Yumeiro asks. I nodded and walked out of the section. She grabbed my hand intertwining them. I feel my smile start to wobble.
