Chanyeol appears in front of you with a bag of little stripy red and white candy and an excited gleam in his eye.
You cheer. 'Candy canes~ I want one!'
You reach over but Chanyeol stops you and shoves a gold-wrappered chocolate into your hand instead. 'Wait a second.'
'Hmm?' you mumble through a mouthful of chocolate bursting with your favourite filling. (A/N: Hey, if you don't like chocolate with fillings like strawberry or mint, then why not make your favourite filling chocolate? XD)
'Oh we can't do it with your mouth full of choc. Because I challenge you to Chubby Candy Canes!'
'Wah fa heck?'
'You put one candy cane into your mouth at a time and say chubby candy cane.'
You swallow the rest of your chocolate hastily. 'What, you mean like a Christmas version of chubby bunny?'
'Yup! Do you reckon you can win?'
'Hell yeah. What does the winner get?'
'A kiss.'
'Pabo. The loser receives/gives it anyway.'
'Oh. I forgot about that.' Chanyeol gives you a bashful look. 'Uh... Then the ability to order the loser to make 3 wishes come true?'
You ponder on it. 'Sounds good. You're going down, Park Chanyeol.'
He has an almost pompous expression. 'Yeah right. One chubby candy cane!'
'One chubby candy cane,' you enunciate clearly.
'Two chubby candy canes.'
'Three chubby candy canes!'
'Hey,' Chanyeol whines, 'you can't do that!'
'What? Oh, sorry. Two chubby candy canes!'
. . . About 5 minutes later . . .
'Fourfeen chubbeh candy caneth.' Damn it, you think. 'Four-feen- no- four-feen- no!' You groan and crunch down on the mess of candy canes in annoyance. 'I give up.'
'Fourteen chubby candy canes! Woohoo!'
You scowl at his perfect pronunciation despite having so many candies shoved inside his mouth. Chanyeol grins and grabs a tissue, spitting them out. 'How the heck did you manage to actually swallow the 14 candy canes after you lost?'
He gets a shrug in response. 'I don't know. I like candy.'
'Woohoo~ I win! Yehet!'
Your eyes widen in mock horror. 'Oh my gosh. You have been spending too much time around Sehun.'
Chanyeol rolls his eyes. 'Says the girl who couldn't pronounce any of her s' a minute ago.'
'That's because I had 14 candies in my mouth!' you protest hotly.
'Excuses, excuses.' Chanyeol says, a large grin spreading onto his face. 'Hey I won! You have to grant me 3 wishes.'
'What am I,' you grumble, 'a sudden genie?'
'Nope! But anyway. First wish, you have to feed me a candy cane.'
'That's so easy, Channie,' you laugh, reaching for a striped sweet.
'Nope, ___ dear. I haven't finished. You have to feed me with your mouth.'
'OH WHAT?!'
'Haha I'm joking, joking, I'm joking- ahhahahaha~' Chanyeol chuckles handsomely while you glower at him unappreciatively.
'You're spending too much time with Chen too.'
'Just shush and feed me a candy. Ahh~' He opens his mouth.
'Gawd, how can you even eat any more after that competition?'
He mimicks you. 'I don't know. I like candy.'
You stick the candy cane into his mouth and then turn around, crossing your arms and pouting.
'Okay. Second wish, for you to turn around and smile genuinely for me.'
Damn him. You acquiesce and whip around, smiling brightly.
He pretends to shield his eyes. 'Oh the radiance of that smile. The radiance of a heavenly maiden.'
'Oh stop it.' You slap his arm.
'Sure. My third wish is for us to play chubby candy cane again.'
'WHAT?!'
'No. I think I'll be sick otherwise. But Merry Christmas, ___, and let's go play more Christmas games!'
'That you invented?'
'Yeah. Like Pin The Beard On Santa Claus!'
'Oh lord.'
'Are you into master and servant games, ___?' Chanyeol stares at you in concern.
'NO WHAT NO NO NO NO WHAT THE HELL YOU TALKING ABOUT ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND YOU DON'T DARE ASDFGHJKL-'
'Calm down, ___, I was joking.'

'Aww that's sad. But let's go play Pin The Beard On Santa Claus!'
And with that, he bounds off like a child, with you following, thoughtfully chewing a candy cane as you wonder how you ever got together with Park Chanyeol.
