(Y/n) pov

I gaze sadly at my older brother. Watching as my many nieces and nephews tried to make him smile or atleast say something. But he didn't. His gaze had a happy glint as he stared down at his bubbly children, but his lips didn't form into anything other than his blank expression.
I am pulled from my thoughts by the door opening, Mickey stepping in and letting out a tired sigh as a gentle smile laced across his face. "How'd it go, bro?" I ask, watching the small blue bunnies hop over to Mickey as he slipped his jacket off. "Oh it was great!!" He beams with his usual wide and cheery smile, his eyes sparkling happily, "gee, I don't think we could ever top that show!!". I giggle softly, "don't explode, Mick". He smiles nervously, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly, "sorry! How are you two?". "I'm okay. What about you Oswald?" I look over to the tall rabbit, a sweet smile on my face. He looks at me and Mickey before nodding his head slowly, signalling he was fine. I let out a disappointed sigh, patting his back gently, "that's great, Ossy". Mickey was about to speak when a trembling voice forces out "M...m..mr M..Mickey?".
There stood a wolf and a demon. The wolf looked nervous and was shaking, sweat dripping down his face as he shyly looked at Mickey. The demon looked bored and seemed to only be here because of the wolf.
"Oh! Can I help you?" Mickey asks curiously, a small smile on his face. The wolf began to sputter nonsense, causing me to giggle at his nervousness. Soon, the demon buts in with a simple "he wants your autograph, dude". Mickey smiles more, gently taking the paper and pen from the wolf, dealing with him.

I decided I shouldn't pay attention as this had nothing to do with me, so I sat next to Oswald and played with his kids.
A pained grunt caught my attention, followed with Mickey yelling "oh my goodness! Bring him over here, now!!!". I quickly lift my head, seeing ink pouring down the demon's face as he coughed violently, falling to the ground as he grew weak.
My eyes widen at the scene unfolding before me, unable to look away from the amount of shock that overwhelmed me. I only cut out of it when a tiny but concerned voice yelled "PAPA!!".
My head emediatly turns to face Oswald. Tears were streaming down his face, his figure shaking as he grips onto his ears violently, eyes wide but focused on nothing.
"(Y/n)! Get Oswald and the kids out of here!" Mickey orders, assisting the demon. I quickly take Oswald's hand and drag him out of the room, motioning for the kids to follow.
Once out of the room, Oswald hugged me tightly, burrying his face into my shoulder as he sobbed silently. I hug him back, rubbing circles into his back to sooth him, "Ossy, its okay. I'm here".
"Papa!", "papa, don't cry!", "I don't like it when papa is sad!".
The Bunny kids wailed quietly, hugging my legs and trying to comfort Oswald. I sigh silently, leading Oswald to his room and sitting him down, wiping away his tears. He gently grabs my hand and places it onto his cheek, looking at me with an apologetic gaze. I smile softly, ruffling up the fur ontop of his head, "its okay, Ossy. I understand. I miss her too". The small bunnies jumped onto Oswald's bed, a few climbing into his lap as others surrounded him. I smile as I watch him snuggle up with his kids, holding onto them lovingly. "I'll leave you to it" I say, exiting the room.

Felix pov

I hum quietly, taking a sip from my coffee as I tapped my fingers lightly on the table in a small tune. The bar was quiet and relaxing, perfect for me to think of ways to update my upcoming book, which I've been writing for so long now and still am nowhere near finished. I am very disappointed in myself.
My ears flick up by the sound of the door opening, small chatter flowing into the building as the small group entered. Curious, I decided to look over. There was a rabbit, who looked devistated, a mouse, who was comforting the rabbit, another rabbit, who looked upset, a demon, who clearly wanted to leave, and a wolf, who was bubbling with excitement. I couldn't help but focus on the second rabbit. She looked so sad and it made my heart drop. I wonder what's wrong with her.

I watched as she sat down, sighing slightly as she rest her head in her hand. The mouse asked her a question but she waved him off and gave a reassuring smile, only to frown again once he left her.
Not really thinking, I stood up and approuched her. I clear my throat, alerting her of my presence. I smile sheepishly, "hi, miss. Sorry to disturb you, but are you okay?". She takes in my appearance, caught off guard by me. "This is awkward. I'm so sorry if this is weird. You see, you looked so sad and I just want to make sure everything's okay" I smile nervously. She giggles softly, motioning to the chair next to her, "its quite alright, sir. I just didn't expect you to approuch". "Heh, well, I didn't want to leave you alone" I pause, realizing how creepy that sounded, my face flushing red, "I..I'm sorry that came out wrong! I..I mean, I..I didn't want to leave you so sad. E...even if I don't know you". She giggles again, causing my heart to flip and butterflies to swarm in my stomach, my face somehow getting redder. "You're so kind. I'm (y/n)" she says, offering me her hand. I take it, shaking it kindly, "I'm Felix". Before another word could be said, I'm tackled into a tight embrace from behind, causing me to yelp in surprise. (Y/n)'s eyes widen but then soften in sadness, "O..ossy....t..that's not- I..its not who you think". The person behind me tenses, quickly releasing me. I look up, seeing the tall rabbit. He gives me an apologetic look, wiping tears from his eyes. "I..its okay, sir" I smile comfortingly, shaken up by the sudden attack. "Ossy, do you need to talk to me?" (Y/n) asks gently, her voice cracking. I realized she was holding back tears. The rabbit shakes his head, no, stumbling over his feet as he quickly walked away, heading to the mouse.
I glance at him sadly, but move my gaze emediatly as I hear quiet sobbing by my side.
(Y/n) was crying. Not hystetocally, but silently. As if she was trying to hide it. "(Y..y/n)....?" I ask in a soft voice, getting no response. I hesitantly turn her head to face me, wiping away her tears as I cup her face in my hands. She tightly shut her eyes, relaxing under my touch as more tears rolled down her face.
"Hey now, don't cry. Its okay" I comfort, gingerly corressing her cheek with my thumb. "I..I'm sorry. I...I'm fine.." she mumbles, pulling from my grasp and wiping her tears with her sleeve. I gently place a hand on her shoulder, "are you sure? I don't mean to be nosy, but you can tell me what's wrong if you'd like". She looks into my eyes, inspecting them thurrily before throwing her arms around me in a tight but loving embrace. I tense in surprise, but melt in her arms, hugging back carefully. She held onto me like her life depended on it, mumbling "t..thank you, F..felix. Y..you're too kind to a stranger like me...". "Nonsense. I can tell you're trustworthy. I don't want you to be so upset" I smile softly, drawing patterns into her back soothingly. She relaxes in my arms, letting out a content sigh, "you're amazing....". My heart beated wilding, but I couldn't help but smile brightly, "I'm not going to leave your side, (y/n). I'll be there for you, if you'd like". She nods eagerly, holding me at arms length, a look of gratitude laced across her face, "I would appreciate that, Felix. Thank you". "Anytime, (y/n)" I smile comfortingly, messing up her hair playfully, causing her to giggle.
