“ah! You girls made it! Thank you for showing up!—come I’ll show you where your dressing rooms are so we can get you started!” Lucy said happily showing us to the dressing rooms. Then once she told us what to do and wear, she sent us to go get our hair and make-up done by some hair and make-up artists. When they finished with us we went to our dressing room and started changing into our gowns. Once we finished we looked at each other in awe.
“holy shit we look—beautiful” Amaranth said
“yea but this dress is so uncomfortable!” Azrael said squirming around
“yea these dresses are way too fancy” Elizabeth said
“yea but all these dresses look so pretty!” Amii said looking at us
“aw fuck! Why couldn’t we wear one of those short dresses?!” Kimberly whined
“cuz those are the summer line—you girls are for the elegant gown line” Lucy said showing up
“you girls look stunning! Now in just a few minutes the fashion show will start and you girls can start walking the runway!” she said walking off
“well that sucks” Madeline said
“well at least we don’t look stupid like the stupid preps look on those regular fashion shows right?” Vicki said looking at her dress while everyone nodded and murmured a ‘yea’
“hey why are you so quiet all of a sudden?” Elizabeth asked me
“no i’m not” I said
“uh yea you are” Azrael said
“am not!” I said
“yea you are?” Elizabeth said
“you know what? Fuck you! I’m gonna call my dad to see if hes showing up” I said grabbing my phone out from my bag and dialed his number
“hey hun” came his voice
“hey dad, are you and the guys coming to the fashion show?”
“yup, we’re actually here now and we have front row seats!” he said happily
“nice” I said laughing
“yes, very nice”
“ok then, well I’ll see you out on the runway then”
“alright hun, good luck”
“thanks, bye” I said hanging up
“the guys are out there now” I told the everyone
“yay!” Azrael said happily. After minutes of waiting, one of the assistants that were there motioned us to get ready to start walking.
“aah shit I’m fucking nervous! What if I trip or something?!” Azrael yelled
“relax! It’ll be fine, just think about something else” I said laughing
“that’s fucking easy for you to say!” she yelled pacing around the room
“stop doing that! You’re making me nervous now!” Kimberly said pacing around the room as well.
“ok everyone just calm the fuck down before you get anyone else nervous too!” Elizabeth yelled
“too late!” Vicki said pacing along with the others
“I’m with them” Amii said pacing with the rest
“I need to throw up!” Amaranth said running to the nearest trash can
“great! Now what do we do?” Madeline said sitting on a chair
