After the conversation with Rj , I felt a Hell of alot better , the weight of holding on to that petty anger I had towards him was now lifted . I could finally breath and Relax to enjoy my apartment . Although we patched things up , I still had this small amount of paranoia sitting in the bottom of my stomach for with holding how I really was paying for my apartment . If Jayce helping me out wasnt bad enough , he would really flip if he knew my new employment . Rj seemed like he really hated Jayce , I asked him and from what he told me its really nothing , just a typical locker room joke and from what I see from Jayce he seems to really like Rj . He has yet to say one Bad thing about him , It almost seemed like he had a Boy Crush on Rj , never have I picked up on the same level of Dislike on Jayce's side , I know what some of yall are thinking , If your brother seems him as someone not to hang with then you should do the same , but Im Old enough to make my own Decisions , I know a Wolf in sheeps clothing when I see one , and Jayce well he's a Wolf . Knowing that you would think I would cut the Friendship to a screeching halt , But it was clear Dude was thirsting for me and would pretty much do anything for me , If I needed a Car , Oh Borrow mines , If I needed Money , Oh I got you Son , Basically I had dude wrapped around my fingers . Im Not a Fool , He has money and He wants to spend it on me , if I had to entertain him for a couple of hours just to get more than the chump change Ant payed or the Petty allowance rj Supplied me , Then thats what I had to do . In a way I guess you can say I was Gay for Pay . As I Layed across the Futon flipping threw the channels and taking drag after drag of the fire weed Jayce supplied me with , I couldnt help but throw my hands behind my head , I was living the life , Bad Apartment thats laid with everything a Nigga need , Car , A Fridge Full of Food , and all the weed I can smoke and All I had to do was smile in this Fool face , or the occasional Drop off . Life was Pretty much Good.



Some Might Disagree with me being content with the way I live and how I live . I mean Just think back to when you were twenty the only thing you thought about was How to make money fast , and Live it up . Dont hate me because I figured it out . As Im laying there with my hand Deep into a Bag of Munchies and lighting another Blunt , I get a Knock at the Door . I opened the Door and there Stood Jayce with this Big ass Smirk on his face

I walked into the Bed room grabbed the Duffle bag , and Brought it to him , He lifted it up and down I guess trying to say it was a little Light . After Jayce Left , I Laid around the house all Night eating and Smoking , This really was the Life . The Next Morning I had a Couple of errands to Run . Although I was living the Life in New York , I still felt this Emptiness . Maybe it was because I was living the life , but Was I Really Enjoying it . After leaving the Kinko's to Fax the Information The School Needed for me to register for Classes Next Semester . I headed to the Address Jayce Sent me . This time it was different The Money wasnt in a Mailbox it was inside an Abandon house under the floor board . I got the money and Quickly ran back to the Car , and Left the Hood as fast as I could . I was so Busy this morning that I barely had time for Breakfast , So I Stopped by McDonalds and got the Angus Burger . I Hit the Highway to meet up with Ant to Go around looking for Clubs to Have Rj's Surprise Birthday Bash at . I was Bumping My Nigga A$ap Rocky's Album Long Live A$ap and My S***t Wild For the Night Came On , I Started Shaking my head and Bouncing around . The Next Thing I know I hear a Cops siren , I look up out the Mirror and saw the Cop behind me F***k I thought to myslef . I Pulled over and Sat my Burger Down .

Aaron: Is there a Problem Officer

Officer: Are you aware that you were crossing the Line into the other lane

I handed him my Drivers License and he Went to the Car to Run them . I Stood there looking into the back seat and thats when I remember The Money . How the F***k was I Suppose to Explain 80,000 dollars in a Duffle Bag like that . The Officer Came back and I can tell from the look on his face that something is Wrong .

Officer: Your License are Expired

Aaron; Expired ?

Officer: yea this is Just a Permit you were suppose to Renew these Years ago

Officer: this Means Im going to have to take you down to the station

Aaron: Am I under arrest

Officer: No Your Not Under arrest , but im afraid im going to have to take you to the station and you can make arrangements for someone to pick you and your car up



I let out a Breath of Air , I asked the officer if I could get my things and he said yes . I grabbed the Duffle bag and got into the car with the Officer . When I made it to the Station I was allowed to make a call after I was given my tickets . I quickly called Ant .

Ant: Yea

Aaron: hey hey Ant , Where are you

Ant: Im at the Office

Aaron: the Office ?

Ant: yea I had a Meeting I totally forgot about the Clubs

Aaron: F***k

Ant: Why whats wrong

As I hung the Phone up with Ant , I knew what I had to Do , Make the inevitable phone call , Once again I was calling From jail for my Big Bro to get me out . This wasnt going to well , Stike Two .



Rj's POV



As I was Leaving Practice , I got a Phone Call from a strange number . I answered the Phone and it was Aaron I could Immediatly tell From the tone of his voice that something was up .

RJ: Wassup , who Number you calling from

Aaron: Yonkers Police Department

Rj: YOUR IN JAIL !

Aaron: Its not what you think , I was Driving with a Permit that was apparently expired

Rj: Oh Booooooy I was about to say , you more safe in there than me coming to bail you out

Aaron: Naw big Bro it aint even Like that . So you coming to pick me up

Rj: yea , Im leaving Practice Now



It took me a while to get there , Mainly cause I wanted him to sweat like a W***e on the front Row on Easter Sunday . Once I got there , he was more than excited .

Rj: I was about to Be so Upset with you , Just when I thought you almost understood what I was trying to get to you , You F***ked up again

Aaron: Because today I registered for Classes at TSU

I grabbed him and put him in the head lock , and started giving him a Noogie , he always hated when I Did that , he fought hard to get out of my grip , He finally wiggled his way out and tripped over this big ass duffle bag he was carrying . He Slammed into the pavement and money Flew Everywhere , I mean it was like an Episode of the Price is Right . He Quickly tried to gather the money up and put back into the bag , he looked up at me nervously , with fear in his eyes .

Rj: What the Hell . Where did you get this Money

Aaron: I Ummm ......

Rj: Aaron Do Not tell me your Selling Drugs

Aaron: ........

Rj; ANSWER ME !

Aaron: No , No Im not selling Drugs I Promise

Rj: then Where the Hell did you get all this Money , And dont tell me you saved your checks

Aaron: See what had happend was ......

Rj: Dont play with Aaron .

Aaron; Ok Ok , Im not selling Drugs , I Just picked the money Up

Rj: It only takes One time to get 6 years in Prison

RJ: Wait who's side are you on

Ant: Im On your side , which is why going into your second game thinking about Killing you teammate isnt a good idea . I mean its the first time people will see you this season and you need to be on your A game and not worried about aaron and his ties to Jayce

Rj; I hear you and all that , but I cant and I wont stand around and watch my little brother go down that road . He doesnt know what he's doing he's not built for that type of life the kid wouldnt survive a week in jail , let alone years when the judge throws the book at him

Ant: So what are you going to do , Go in there blow your lid and get suspended for yet another game , or how bout 3 more

Ant: I dont need siblings to have the instinct to protect the ones I love . Look just promise me you will stay away from him until the game is over and then pull him into a private area and confront him , not too much but just enough Aggression to let him know you mean business . Deal

Rj: Deal , But you better pray he stays away from me and leave his lame corny jokes at home tomorrow .
