A/n this imagine is inspired by dramatic change in English weather. It is currently 26 degrees C and I am loving it.

I opened the doors to the Kings chambers, a certain goal set in my mind.

"Up!" I declared walking over to his desk where he sat surrounded by papers. He shook his head at me before returning to his paperwork. "I'm serious Arthur get up and let's go." I pouted only causing his laughter to erupt from his chest.

"And go where?" He questioned, grinning up at me from his desk.

"Somewhere, anywhere!" I groan smiling down at the blonde king.

"You know I would follow you to the ends of the earth," He started grinning his infamous grin that he knows turns my legs into mush. "But I really have to get this done." I groaned walking around his desk as he untucked his chair slightly as he turned to face me. I grinned before sitting myself onto his lap and his arms wrapped around my waist.

"What is this anyway?" I questioned lifting a piece of paper before putting it back down.

"The whole of the kingdoms expenses." He picked up a larger scroll unrolling it as he pointed near the top. "From armour to merlin's tavern bill from Gwaine." I laughed at the memory of a drunken Gwaine being held up my brother Merlin. I turned to face Arthur once again before gently pressing my lips into the crook of his neck.

"Come outside." I mumbled as I moved my lips up and down his legs.

"If that's your tactic." He whispered as I stopped kissing his neck and moving my head upwards, my nose scarping across his skin. "Then it is defiantly working." I grinned moving my head backwards to look him in the eye.

"Really?" I questioned happily before he nodding rolling his eyes.

"I guess so." He teased and I chuckled before pecking his lips as I climbed off his lap.

"Good." I replied as I walked away towards the door. "Because I had the kitchens prepare a picnic and Merlin the horses."

"Catch it!" I chuckled throwing a grape in Arthurs direction. He dived upwards, catching the grape in his mouth before throwing his hands up in the air victorious.

"I have done it!" He cried standing upwards and running in a circle. "I am the grape catcher champion!" I laughed as he rolled himself onto the blanket, propping himself on one elbow. "How does it feel to be married to a champion?" He questioned, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively at me.

"Not as great as I thought it would." I teased winking as I picked a grape placing it into my mouth.

"Why?" He gasped, mockingly pressing a hand to his chest.

"Well you are a bit big headed." I admitted shrugging and smiling at my Husband.

"Oh really?" He questioned moving his head threateningly close to my lips.

"Really." I replied, our proximity taking my breath away. Just as he was about to press his lips to mine, Merlin shouted from across the forest making us move slightly away from each other.

"Keep your hands to yourself sis!" He shouted and I rolled my eyes. Arthur opened his mouth to shout back but I beat him to it.

"I married the King of Camelot , making me the Queen so I can kiss who I damn well please!" I shouted and I could hear both Merlin's and Arthur's laughter in reply.

"You tell him beautiful." Arthur replied moving his hand so he cupped my cheek. "But I am afraid your lips are reserved for me." He pressed his lips to mine, stopping me from replying and I could feel myself melting into the kiss.

I awoke, shaking, sweating and stumbling over my breath. Tears fell down my face as I turned over in my empty bed. Half of me expected Arthur to wrap his arms around me and gently stroke my hair as I fell back asleep but the other half of me remembered that I lost Arthur over a year ago.
