"Gwaine don't you da-" my words were cut off as I was engulfed in icy cold water. For a few terrifying seconds waves held me underwater before I rose shaking my wet hair out of my face. As my ears popped I could hear the laughter of the people around me.

Arthur the all too stuck up King was sweeping his golden hair from his face as he chuckled his eyes on the back of the Queen as she laughed.

Gwen, with her gorgeous crimson gown, was leaning against the rock her laughter bouncing off the surrounding trees.

Percival and Leon, the strapping men they were, were halfway through stripping their tops but they paused to laugh at my expense.

My oh so helpful brother Merlin was simply leaning against a tree, his all too smug smile tugging on his lips.

And Gwaine, the stupid man headed idiot that he is, was hysterically laughing as I turned to face him pouting.

"You should have seen your face!" He chuckled leaning against the caves wall. The seven of us wanted an afternoon off away from the drama of Camelot. After many complaints we all finally agreed on a location. I am currently swimming in the beautifully cold out of the way cave, with its overhanging ivy leaves and crystal clear water.

"You sir are an actual dollop head." I groaned wiping the water from my eyes.

"That's dangerous territory your steeping into y/n," Percival warned his contagious smile washing over me. "Stealing your brothers words."

"I couldn't have said it better myself." Merlin winked towards my general direction and I chuckled lying back in the water. Just because I never wanted to get in the water doesn't mean I can't enjoy it. I closed my eyes as I let the soft waves slide over my face and peacefulness washed over me. It didn't last for long.

Harsh splashes of water shocked me out of my trance as I shot up, bolting upright. Shaking the new water droplets out of my face I saw Gwaine and Percival rise from the water their faces soaked to the core. Rolling my eyes  I stood my dress weighing down. Pursing my lips I climbed half out of the water removing my first layer of my dress. Gwaine wolf whistled as   I clambered back into the water, my only layer clinging to my body.

"So beautiful." Gwaine flirted from the other side of the pool. Blushing I splashed water in his general direction and I could hear Leon scoff at our display of affection.  Arthur's and Gwen's giggles filled the forest as hand in hand they walked away. Gwaine's eyes were fixed on my back as Percival clambered out the pool mumbling something about "love sick couples".  Drying himself, he clapped Merlin and Leon on the back walking away from us, Merlin and Leon on his heels.

Gwaine's eyes darkened as he realised we were alone and he started to take slow steps towards me. Each step he took forwards I took one backwards until my back was pressed agonist the cool pool. Soon enough Gwaine's face was threateningly close to mine and our breaths mingled in the air as one.

"I can't believe you threw me in." I whispered my arms wrapping themselves around Gwaine's by their own accord.

"You really should have seen it coming." He chuckled nudging his nose against mine.

"Then you should see this coming." I whispered and confusion came over his features before using all my arm power I pushed him under the water laughing. He rose only seconds later his hair clinging to his forehead.

"That was uncalled for." He chuckled.

"You should have seen it coming."
