Part 192 Trust Me, I'm a Doctor

Part 192 - Wednesday December 18th

Victor's POV

When I arrived to pick up Princess, North and Nathan were both shirtless. I narrowed my eyes at them and they avoided eye contact. Hmmm, what game did they play exactly? I know we are to come up with a game to help Sang study, and since Doc is helping us study, it will be difficult to play some games. I have an idea and hope it works and Sang likes it.

We went to dinner at the diner and I texted Doc to make sure he could be at my place by 8pm. He said he was already on his way. I told the guys Sang and I had to get some studying in, it was time for us to leave.

Uncle gave her a sideways hug and she blushed. We all chuckled remembering our story of Uncle from earlier. Nathan quietly said, "I think she is more embarrassed about Uncle catching us way back when than we ever were."

North spoke up, "Uncle, Sang needs to study for another one of her tests. She needs to go now."

"Fine, take away Little Bird from me. See if I care." Then he poked at her, "Do you have plenty of study snacks?" He asked with a soft face. I don't think Uncle has ever looked that soft. Princess has a way of doing that to people.

"I believe so. But since I just ate, I'm not hungry."

"Do well on your tests tomorrow and I will see you later Little Bird. Oh, by the way, here is your coupon for a free candy cane off the tree for eating all your dinner."

She looked at him with her mouth forming an 'o' shape. "I thought you were only doing that for kids under twelve?"

"And for pretty girls like you." Uncle winked at her. North growled and Luke crossed his arms over his chest, glaring at Uncle.

Uncle laughed like a maniac, "you should see your faces. I'm just teasing. I already told her earlier, if she were twenty years older..."

Luke sounded menacing, "Uncle, just don't!" Uncle held up his hands in surrender and walked back to the kitchen laughing as he went.

Princess touched Luke's arm, "I don't think he meant anything by it, Always. But now look! I get candy!" She went and took a candy cane off the tree, broke it in half and gave Luke the other half. He kissed her cheek and we left to go study.

Once in the car I asked Princess, "so, do you think you are ready for your Geometry test tomorrow?"

She smiled really big, "yep. I think I might ace another test." Then she giggled.

Gabe and Luke kept at it earlier how they all did well on their tests because of their study session. Now she feels really confident after studying with North and Nathan, who were half naked when I showed up. This should bode well for me an my plans for a study game.

When we arrived at my house, Doc's car was parked around back. I saw that George and Jasmine's cars were here too. Ugh! I hope they just leave us alone. As I helped Princess out of the car, Doc got out of his.

"I thought I would wait until you got here to go inside. I didn't want to draw any undo attention if it wasn't necessary."

"Thanks. Hopefully after the last time, George will just leave us alone." From the corner of my eye, I saw Princess shiver.

I took her hand in mine and Doc grabbed her other hand. "You are fine with us Pookie. Trust me, I'm a doctor." She giggled quietly.

Upstairs in my big family room, we made ourselves comfortable on the couches. "First, do you need something to eat Doc?"

"A sandwich would be nice, thanks Victor." I went to my phone and called the kitchen asking for a club sandwich, chips, cookies and three bottles of water. Then I went back to the couches and offered my game suggestion.
