It's late in the night as Jungkook and I are sitting in-front of a bonfire, gazing up onto the dark night sky. There aren't stars out tonight, but the nights here are breath-taking. Everything I could ever want is all in this very moment.
The serenity of the lake, along with the calm stillness surrounding us bring me a sense of inner peace. The air is warmer near the lake and the sounds of insects flood my ears. The soft whisper of the cedar trees against the wind is like a lullaby, so soothing and warm.
I swear I could fall asleep here in this spot with Jungkook right beside me. I shift my eyes towards him, his tired and mesmerized eyes are still fixated onto the dark night sky above us.

"This place is truly magical," I finally speak, breaking the silence as Jungkook turns towards me. "Like something out of a painting or movie. It's also so healing and a great place to relax from the stress in the city. A place like this is what I think where everyone should go to, especially in this fast-paced society that we live in." I deeply sigh. "Honestly, spending these five days here was truly beneficial for me. I was able to unwind and slow down and enjoy these precious moments of life."
A warm smile appears on his face. "I knew you would love this place. You can see the stars way better here than from our room back in Seoul. But tonight there isn't. I think it's going to rain tonight."
