After a couple of hours in the road, we made it to the venue and quickly went in. When we were in, someone quickly picked me up and spun me around real fast.
“what the fuck?!” I yelled while also laughing.
“language missy!” Corey yelled while letting me back down
“you know how much I love to say fuck Mr!” I told him
“true true” he said patting my head.
“so I see you brought my midget back, good for you!” he told me picking Joey up and also spinning him around while he was yelling.
“relax little one!” Corey said putting Joey down
“I’m not little! I’m just a slow growing person” Joey explained simply.
“no! he's just fun-sized!” Wednesday said pinching Joey’s cheek and everyone started cracking up except Joey.
“aaaaaaawwww! Leave him alone! You guys are just jealous!” I yelled hugging Joey. He hugged me back and then stuck his tongue out at everyone.
“oh please!” Corey said with a laugh
“c’mon lets get you guys a beer” Corey said leading us backstage. We made it backstage and Corey got us some beer and we found the rest of the Slipknot guys and Hayden and then we all started talking about random shit for awhile.
“ok so this is also a festival? A weed festival?” Lauren asked
“that is correct!” Clown answered
“that’s why its called Smoke Out Festival” Jim said with a laugh
“and we get to be the headliners and play longer!” Paul said eagerly
“that’s hilarious! Weeeeed” Lauren said with a laugh
“yeah I can smell it!” Yv said taking a deep breath
“so who else is playing?” I asked
“uh some alternative bands and the Deftones” Chris answered
“oooooooooohhh!” both Lauren and I said excitedly
“this is gonna be a fun show after all then huh!” I said happily.
“yeah well they’re on before us” Craig said.
“we shall take note if that my good man!” Lauren said patting his head.
“yes we shall!” I yelled and then Lauren and I high fived each other and Wednesday started coughing really loudly so we all looked at him.
“you ok there?” Joey asked and then after a minute he stopped and looked at us with a grin,
“I have an announcement to make!” he said with a huge cheesy smile
“ok?” Corey said with a chuckle and Wednesday hesitated to speak.
“well?” Hayden asked with a laugh and we all stared at him. He looked at Yvonne and then slowly smiled,
“Yvonne, I love you so fucking much so I’ve got to know…will you marry me?” he asked getting down on one knee in front of her and pulling out a ring and everyone gasped. Yvonne looked completely shocked and speechless and then all of a sudden she fainted.
“oh shit!” I yelled and ran over to her to make sure she was alright.
“Yv?! Are you alright?!” I asked shaking her
“Wednesday you killed her” Lauren told him.
“shit!” Wednesday yelled and then hit his head.
“dude its alright” I said with a small laugh.
“wow” was all Joey said.
“dude kiss her! She’ll fucking wake up! It’ll be like some Sleeping Beauty shit!” Corey told Wednesday and Wednesday just looked at Corey like he was insane, Wednesday was actually worried and concerned whoa!
“Yvonne!” Wednesday yelled and started shaking her
“no here let me do it!”
“YVOOONNNE!” I screamed in her face and shook her violently.
“Its not working!” Lauren yelled
“shes dead!” Sid yelled
“shut up!” Wednesday yelled
“kiss her!” Joey yelled
“waaah!” Wednesday yelled and then finally kissed her and sat back up
“it didn’t work!” he whined
“right plan B!” I yelled
“OH MY GOTH YVONNE ITS FUCKING NIKKI SIXX!” I screamed
“where?!” she yelled and then bumped heads with Wednesday and they both screamed in pain.
“works every time” I said smiling proudly
“you fucking lied to me?” Yv whined
“yeah?” I said getting up.
“so?” Wednesday asked Yv with hopeful eyes and Yv started screaming like an insane person.
“FUCK YEAH!” she screamed and then hugged him and then the rest of us started yelling happily.
“I think we should fucking celebrate!” Corey yelled
“yeah more boooze!” Wednesday yelled
“and music--OF MY choice!” Joey yelled happily and went over to the ipod speakers that were at a table next to the booze and ended up playing “We Hate Everyone” by Type O Negative and turned it all the way up.
“fuck yeah!” I yelled and then Lauren, Yv, Hayden, and I started headbanging along to the music. When it got to the middle of the song when the tempo slows down, I stopped banging my head and looked up to see all the Slipknot guys going crazy, headbanging, or drinking. Then I saw Yv and Wednesday making out like there was no tomorrow and then I quickly looked away and laughed a bit. I looked at Joey who was drinking his beer and moving his head to the music and so I walked up to him and put my arms around his neck.
“hey there” he said with a smirk while he put an arm around my waist.
“hello” I said as we started swaying along to the music.
“I think Yv and Wends make an awesome couple don’t ya think?” I asked with a smile.
“well yeah, but of course we make the bestest couple!” he said making me laugh
“ok you win” I said smiling and then he leaned in closer and kissed me. He pulled away and looked around and saw that everyone was still preoccupied and then he put his beer down on the table.
“c’mon” he said taking my hand and leading me out of the room and into the next room. He closed the door then pulled me closer to him.
“do you love me?” he asked almost in a whisper
“yeah of course I do” I said with a smile. He gave me the most amazing smile that literally made me get butterflies in my stomach like if it were the very first day I’ve met him, and then he leaned in and kissed me and I didn’t even hesitate to kiss him back. He pushed me against the wall and I could feel the vibration on the wall from the loud music, and we continued making out. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist and ran my fingers through his hair and that encouraged him to deepen the kiss even more. Then he finally pulled away to catch our breaths and then began kissing my neck while I’d let a moan escape from my mouth at times.
“J-Joey mmm” I moaned.
“well well well looks like the midget can actually get the hot chicks after all eh?” we heard someone say making me squeal and then Joey stopped kissing me and we both looked up to see it was Satyr.
“Satyr! What the fuck man?! You keep popping out everywhere from like thin air!” Joey yelled
“my god you’re starting to get annoying” I said with a laugh as Joey put me back down.
“aw but you still love me right?” he asked
“yes” I said rolling my eyes.
“plus I get bonus points cuz I’m taller than Mr. midget man here” he said and then Joey punched him on the arm.
“but I like short dudes better!” I said kissing Joey's head.
“aw c’mon!” Satyr said giving us a disgusted look.
“so why are you here?” Joey asked
“cuz I heard naughty noises so I came to check it out” he replied with a smile
“wow you can here us all the way from Norway?” I asked astonished.
“no I mean why are you here…in this venue? Not to be rude that is” Joey said and Satyr laughed.
“well to answer both of your questions, yes I flew here cuz I’m a fucking crow dear October and I heard you guys were gonna be playing here and I was in town so I decided to come see you Joey. I thought we had a special thing going on sir” Satyr said
“oh my goth Joey you’re cheating on me with this fool?! Well at least he's good lookin” I said
“why thank you!” Satyr said happily.
“oh god” Joey said with a laugh.
“by the way this is our dressing room too” we heard a guy say behind us and we all looked to see it was some dude looking at us like weirdos.
“oh um” Joey started
“oh my god this is great! Holy shit dude that’s hilarious!” Satyr said laughing like a maniac.
“well then” I said looking at the dude like if he was some alien.
“sorry about that man!” Joey said with a laugh and then we walked out of there.
“woooooo! You guys are too much! I love you two!” Satyr said kissing both of our heads.
“uhuh yeah sure” Joey said laughing
“aw I love you too Satyr!” I said also laughing.
“what happened?” Lauren asked walking out of the room.
“hey Lauren! We meet again!” Satyr said happily
“hey!” she said happily and they both hugged.
“so get this, Joey and October here were about to have sex in the next room without knowing it was some other band’s dressing room and they were watching them! Luckily I came to interrupt! Otherwise woooo!” Satyr explained and then him and Lauren started cracking up.
“yeah tell the whole fucking world Satyr!” I yelled
“and you didn’t even know they were there too so yeah!” Joey yelled
“well…yeah! C‘mon Lauren let me tell you about my philosophy!” Satyr said before walking in the room for some beer and Lauren followed.
“philosophy my ass!” I yelled and Joey laughed.
“I am so sorry I had no idea there was someone in there” Joey said with a chuckle
“its alright babe” I said giving him a quick kiss on the lips and he smiled.
“sooo after this show I have two days off before we head out to Fresno and Vegas, you mind if I spend it living with you?” he asked with a cute little smile.
“why of course you can my cupcake!” I said happily
“cupcake?” he asked with a laugh
“yeah I’d like one right about now--oh look I’m looking at one right now!” I said and then licked his cheek and he started laughing.
“am I good?” he asked
“oh you’re fucking delicious!” I replied
“whoa! What did I just walk into?!” Corey asked completely shocked at the conversion.
“whats with people and walking in on us?! Seriously?!” Joey asked and I nodded my head in agreement.
“yeah well anyways get your makeup and mask on we’re gonna be on soon!” Corey said before walking away. I looked at Joey and he looked at me with a smile.
“oh! One more thing! Deftones are gonna perform in like ten minutes” Corey said coming back to pat my head and then left.
“holy shit I can’t miss that now can I?!” I said eagerly and then looked at Joey,
“unless you want me to help you with your mask and stuff, its not a problem” I said with a smile.
“nah I’m a big boy now I can do it myself! You go have fun” he told me.
“aw babe you sure?” I asked. He thought about it and then gave me a kiss on the lips and after a minute he let me go,
“yes I am sure” he said with a smile.
“ok! I love you!” I told him before kissing him one more time and then ran to the dressing room
“LAURENN! YVONNE! HAYDEN!” I screamed and they all ran up to me.
“what?!” Hayden asked surprised
“Deftones are gonna be on stage in less than ten minutes and we have to get there now!” I told them
“GOT IT!” Lauren screamed
“uhm I think I’ll just stay with Wednesday!” Yv said happily
“yeah I wanna help Corey” Hayden said with a laugh
“well then! Fine little lovey dovey birds! C’mon Lauren!” I yelled
“ok!” she yelled happily and with that, the both of us ran to the stage. When we got there, the band was already playing so we just started watching them play.
“dude don’t ya think its awesome that Yv and Wends are getting married?!” I asked still amazed about it.
“hell yeah! I’m really happy for them!” Lauren replied with a laugh.
“yeah I can already tell the weddings gonna be fucked up! But fucked up in a good way!” I yelled through the loud music.
“yeah of course! It’ll be seriously fun that’s for sure!” she yelled back. I smiled. I wonder what would of happened if Joey and I were still engaged that one time, I wondered if the wedding would have been a fucked up wedding too. I wonder if we’d get married this time. I shook my head trying to shake all those thoughts away from me. I didn’t want to think about it at all, it made me feel like some fucking mental person for some reason! Then the band started playing “7 Words” and Lauren and I started banging our heads. I’m gonna have fucking whiplash in the morning!
After the Deftones finished playing, Lauren and I decided to stick around and watch the crew set everything up for Slipknot while we wait for the others to get here.
“soooo October, did anything happen last night while you and Joey were aaalll alone in that huge ass house of yours?!” Lauren asked with a smirk.
“Well sadly no! fucking Wednesday and Yv came to scare the living shit out of me and ruined everything” I said with a laugh.
“what about you and Sid?” I asked with the same smirk she gave me. She looked at me quietly trying not to smile.
“the silence says everything! What fucking happened?!” I asked with a laugh
“duuuude c’mon don’t start” she said blushing
“did you two…” I started and then demonstrated what I thought happened by making a circle with my hand and then made my other finger go in the hole and she screamed.
“you are sick in the head!” she yelled with a laugh
“yes that is indeed true!” I said laughing
“fuck well, maaaybe--we’ll talk about it later!” she said looking behind me.
“why?!” I asked with a laugh and then I felt someone’s arms wrap around my waist.
“holy shit!” I said looking behind me to see it was Joey with his mask on
“how do I look?” he asked with a chuckle
“honestly, you look very hot maybe we should try role playing next time” I said with a laugh
“that is a deal!” he said.
“wheres Sid?!” Lauren asked
“here!” he said walking up to her
“Siiiiid!” she yelled and hugged him. Then I turned my attention back to Joey,
“babe I would kiss you right now, and believe I really wanna kiss you right now, but the mask is getting in the way so I fucking owe you one” he told me. I smiled,
“aw babe its ok” I said with small laugh and then the lights grew dim and the intro music started playing which made the crowd go loud and then they began chanting “Slipknot!”
“well that’s my cue” he told me.
“go fuck shit up!” I told him and then kissed his cheek on the mask
“I fucking love you” he told me and then he ran to the stage and went up to his drum kit and the crowd started going wild. I smiled at the sight. The rest of the guys went on stage and then they began the show with “(SIC)” and the rest of us girls and Wednesday started headbanging and yelling along with Corey. During the show, Joey would glance at me and I would always wave at him or blow him a kiss, it really made me happy to be with him again and seeing him play. This time I was sure that I’m truly madly in love with this man.
