I walked around looking for Joey but had no luck, instead I bumped into familiar people and had conversations with them.
“hey October! Happy birthday!” I heard a familiar voice behind me, I turned around and saw Rob Zombie and his wife Sheri Moon.
“hey Rob!” I said hugging him and then he hugged me back.
“hey Sheri! I haven’t see you in a long time!” I said hugging her
“I know huh! So how’ve you been chick?” she said
“pretty good—I’ve had my ups and downs but so far I’m great” I said happily
“well we’re glad to hear that” Rob said with a chuckle.
“have you guys seen Joey?” I asked
“oh that’s right you two are a couple now huh!” Sheri said
“yup” I said laughing
“well that’s great! But I haven’t seen him, how about you hun?” she said looking at Rob.
“uhh I think I saw him outside at the back yard—which reminds me hes probably with your godfather!” he said
“Alice Cooper? He's here?” I asked
“yup”
“yay! I finally get to see him its been a while”
“yup great great man!”
“okay, well I’ll see you guys later I’m gonna go look for them!”
“alright take care of yourself hun!” Sheri said as I waved and then started making my way to the backyard, but before I could get there I got stopped again.
“Happy fucking birthday girly!” I heard Trent Reznor’s voice.
“holy shit Trent its really you! I haven’t seen you in like forever!” I yelled giving him a hug.
“haha its nice to see you too” he said laughing
“yea so how’ve you been?!” I asked
“fantastic and you?—wait let me guess, great since you’re going out with the worlds fastest drummer right?”
“yea how’d you know?”
“its been on fucking t.v.—they showed when you two hooked up broke up and then hooked up again—they even showed that little sex scandal you two had at a beach”
“my fucking satan”
“I know huh” he said laughing
“well anyways, have you seen Joey?”
“yea I think hes in the backyard—have you seen your dad?”
“nope”
“damn it!”
“don’t worry I’m sure you’ll find him—well I have to go look for my man so I’ll see you later”
“alright have fun!” he said as I left. Then I started walking again trying to push past the crowd, but then I got stopped again by Jim this time.
“hey October I want you to meet someone!” he said happily
“cool” I said
“this is my girlfriend, Cristina” he said introducing me to a girl my eyes grew wide.
“holy shit! You’re Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil huh” I said shaking her hand
“yup” she said shaking my hand
“well don’t worry cuz Jim is the sweetest dude you’ll ever meet” I said
“yea he is! We met at Ozzfest and we just sort of clicked” she said with a smile.
“yea its crazy how people find love at Ozzfest” I said trailing off a bit.
“which reminds me, have you guys seen Joey?” I asked
“uh nope no clue” Jim said as Cristina just shrugged.
“well as much as I loved to hang around with you guys, I’m gonna go continue looking for my man” I said as they both nodded and then I started making way to pushing into the crowd to try to get to the backyard, man my dad invited a shit load of people. I went over to the kitchen instead and started looking for a beer instead, I grabbed one and opened it then started drinking it.
“happy birthday to you! happy birthday dear October! Happy birthday to you!” I heard someone sing. I turned around and saw Kimberly with a huge smile.
“hi!” she said waving
“hi?” I said laughing
“so how are you liking your party so far?”
“its pretty good but it would be even better if I found Joey”
“JOEY! Yea hes actually the one who set this all up along with your dad—the rest of us just helped”
“really?”
“yep”
“wow…have you seen him?”
“uh nope”
“fuck” I said handing her a beer
“guess what! guess what! iiiiiiits tiiiiiiiiime!!” Twiggy said coming in as he hugged Kimberly.
“yay! Its time!” Kimberly yelled
“time for what?” I asked
“you’ll see!” Kimberly answered with a smirk
“yea c’mon!” Twiggy said as they both grabbed one of my arms and dragged me away to the backyard. When we got there I looked around and saw that it was decorated real nice in a very goth style, then we kept walking and I saw a huge stage set up.
“um…whats going on?” I asked. No one answered me
“hello?! Are you guys even listening to me?” I said
“yes we are we just need you to be patient for a bit” Twiggy said looking around.
“but—”
“don’t worry it’ll be fine” Kimberly said patting my head.
“well can you at least tell me where Joey is?” I asked
“nope!” Kimberly answered
“that’s top secret!” Twiggy added
“why?”
“like I said—you’ll see” Kimberly said. Then the lights began to dim a bit and all the lights went on the stage, then my dad appeared on stage and people started cheering.
“hows everyone fucking doing?!” he yelled into the microphone while taking a sip of his absinthe from his crystal wine glass and everyone cheered again.
“alright, well we all know that we’re here to celebrate someone's special day right?!” he said as the crowd continued to cheer.
“fuck yeah! So lets bring my beautiful daughter up here so we can get this shit started!” he said pointing at me. Oh shit. The lights started pointing at me and the people started cheering and clapping and then made room for me to make my way to the stage, and once I got on stage my dad put his arm around me and continued to talk on the microphone.
“sweetheart, all I want to say is happy birthday and I hope you enjoy your party and all that other good shit—and I love you soooooo much I don’t know what I would do if anything bad happened to you” he said kissing my cheek.
“so Joey and I prepared this show for you so I hope you enjoy it hun” he said
“aww thanks daddy!” I said hugging him tightly as I felt a tear stream down my cheek.
“anything for you darling” he kissing my head
“now come this way, and sit on your royal chair!” he said leading me to black Gothic looking chair and made me sit on it which made me laugh.
“and heres your royal crown” he said putting a small tiara on.
“wow you really went all out huh?” I said laughing while the rest of the crowd laughed as well.
“yea WE did” my dad said rolling his eyes
“so our first performer is gonna be yours truly!” he said proudly as Pogo, Ginger, Tim, and an unfamiliar guy came up on stage and took their places with their instruments and they immediately started to play ‘The Dope Show’ then after awhile of them playing, they stopped and my dad came up to me.
“alright now I think you’re gonna love the next performer hun!” he said
“who is it?” I asked
“hey darling!” I heard a familiar voice come from behind my dad and everyone started cheering and screaming and then my dad stepped aside to reveal Alice Cooper.
“holy shit!” I yelled standing up to hug him.
“how is my god daughter doing?” he said
“ahhh! Its so fucking sweet to see you again!” I said hugging him tighter.
“I guess I’ll take that as a ‘I’m doing good, how about you my amazingly awesome god father?’ oh well I’m doing well hun” he said with a chuckle.
“aww I’m just so happy to see you again” I said letting him go.
“yea I know, now lets get this party going!” he said as my dad’s band started playing for Alice Cooper and they started performing ‘Teenage Frankenstein’ after a couple of songs, Alice started talking on the microphone again.
“now in honor of my god daughter’s birthday, this next song is for her and her daddy Manson, so both of you come over here and start the father daughter dance!” he said as my dad came back out on stage and walked over to me and I stood up and walked over to him. Then the band started playing ‘It’s Me’. My dad put his arms around my waist while I put mine around his neck and started swaying to the music.
“thanks dad” I said with a smile trying to hold in a tear.
“no prob hun, you deserve it” he said with a smile
“aw, now I have to make you a birthday party and try to top this one” I said with a small giggle making him chuckle.
“so are you liking your party so far?” he asked
“yup, but there's just one thing that’s fucking bothering me”
“and whats that?”
“where the fuck is Joey?”
“oh you’ll see” he said with a smirk as the music finished and then he kissed my cheek and left back stage, so I sat back on the chair confused as fuck. Whats with all the "oh you’ll see’s" anyways?
“alright this next song is for dedicated to you again hun” Alice said looking at me.
“it’s a request from your man—bring him out here!” he said as Joey showed up wearing his outfit from when he was with the Murderdolls.
“alright you two love birds, this songs for you” Alice said as he started to sing ‘House Of Fire’ Joey walked over to me and extended his arm in front of me.
“may have this dance my lover?!” Joey said with a cute smile.
“suuure sexy!” I said with a smirk as I took his hand and he led me to the center of the stage and put his arms around me while I put mine around him and then started swaying to the music. Then when the music finished, he embraced me with a very passionate kiss. That was the end of Alice Cooper’s performance, right after he left Nine Inch Nails stared to perform, so then Joey and I got off the stage and started dancing with the rest of the crowd, then when we got tired, we went over to where there were tables set up and sat with Kimberly, Twiggy, Amii, Ben, Riina, John, Madeline, Pogo, Vicki, Piggy, Azrael, Acey, Wednesday, and two other unfamiliar guys. There was only one chair left so Joey took it while I sat on his lap.
“hey you want a beer?” he asked
“sure babe” I said kissing his lips and stood up to let him go and then sat on the chair.
“sooooo whos the two dudes that I have no idea who they are—no offense” I said
“ooooh right! I forgot! These two are my new band mates for my new band this is Kid Kid and that’s Ghastly” he said introducing me to the guys.
“oh new band?” I said as shook their hands
“yup for my solo career oh and Piggys in it too” Wednesday said
“cool! Wheres Elizabeth?”
“shes in her room sleeping, she drank too much and ended up puking everywhere so I helped her go to bed—shes using my old room don’t worry”
“oh ok” I said as my dad came over with the unfamiliar guy that I saw earlier.
“hey hun I need to introduce you to someone” he said
“oh…ok” I said standing up to face them.
“ok well this is Mark Chaussee, he's our new guitarist for the band” my dad said
“hi its nice to meet you” he said
“new guitarist?” I said
“yea hun, but only for touring, we still need to see if hes good enough” my dad said
“oh…ok then…well hi” I said shaking Mark’s hand. Once I touched him I immediately felt a bad vibe from him then I let go of his hand and gave him a fake smile and then Joey finally came back.
“hey babe, I got your beer” he said handing me a bottle of beer
“oh thank you baby!” I said taking it then kissed his lips.
“ok well I guess we’ll leave then, I need to find Dita” my dad said leaving
“alrighty then!” I said as I pulled away from Joey and I noticed that Mark looked a little upset.
“what was that for?” Joey asked looking at me with a smirk.
“nothing, its just I got a bad vibe from that dude” I answered
“who you mean Mark? He's cool”
“yeah well, my fucking gut told me he ain’t” I said sipping my beer.
“ok then” Joey said sipping his beer again.
[incase you didn’t know who Mark Chaussee is, he was the ex guitarist for Marilyn Manson but he was only there for touring for the Lest We Forget album and didn’t stay in the band as a permanent band member cuz the fans didn’t like him and the band said he had a bad behavior, that’s why I’m like portraying him as the bad guy in this story haha]
After that, we ended up getting drunk and then who knows what happened the rest of the night.
The next morning, I woke up in Joey’s arms. I looked around and noticed I was in bed in my room and Joey and I were naked. Oh god did we do it again? Did he at least use a condom? I sat up and looked around then sighed in relief as I found it rolled up in a ball on the ground.
“mmmmmm good morning baby” I heard Joey’s groggily voice
“morning” I said leaning closer to kiss him.
“so what are we gonna do today?” I asked
“don’t know, why don’t we get dressed and then see what the others wanna do?” he said
“ok! I’m gonna go take a shower then” I said getting up.
“oooooh can I come?!” Joey asked
“suuure” I said seductively. We covered each other with the sheets and went to the bathroom. When we got there, Joey turned on the water and got inside, I gave him a smirk and followed him inside as well, then he pushed me against the cold wall and pressed his lips on mine, we started making out for awhile until the hot water turned into ice cold water making me squeal.
“motherfucker!” I squealed trying to get away from the water.
“fuck” Joey murmured.
“I guess we have to hurry up and get cleaned up” Joey said. So we quickly washed ourselves, and then when we finished I turned the water off and Joey handed me a towel so I wrapped it around my body while Joey wrapped his around his waist. Then we got out of the bathroom and went straight to my room and started getting dressed. I got dressed and Joey decided to wear his goth clothes again. Then I fixed my hair and makeup and helped Joey do his makeup as well. Then we made our way downstairs and were prepared to see the huge mess from last night, but instead we saw the whole house CLEAN and everyone (my, dad, Dita, Kimberly, Twiggy, Amii, Ben, Riina, John, Madeline, Pogo, Vicki, Piggy, Azrael, Acey, Wednesday, Elizabeth, Eric, Amaranth, Tim, Camila, Ginger, Cristina, and all the Slipknot guys) in the living room sitting either on the floor or on the couches watching The Nightmare Before Christmas.
“wow” was all I said
“oh you two are finally up!” Dita said as Joey and I made our way over to them.
“yea…so what happened to the mess?” I asked
“we cleaned it up—it was waaaaay too messy and we didn’t want to wait for you two to wake up” Riina said
“sweetness—so what the fuck are we gonna do today?!” I asked jumping on my dad’s lap.
“I don’t know” my dad said
“does anyone have any ideas?!” I yelled
“how about we go out drinking?” Eric asked
“nah its been done!” Amii answered
“how about we hit a club?” Pogo asked
“its waaay too early—and its been done!” Azrael said
“we need to do something that hasn’t been done yet!” Kimberly yelled
“like what?” Ginger asked
“oh oh oh I know!! How about we go to a farm!” Wednesday yelled with excitement.
“why a farm?” Corey asked
“so I can go get some chickens and chop their fucking heads off then fry them and eat them!” Wednesday said happily.
“what?!” Vicki yelled disgusted
“Wednesday that's sick” Amaranth said
“yea I agree” Ben said
“then what else do you cunts wanna do then?” Wednesday asked
“oh how about a strip club?!” John asked
“uh no too boring and its too early” Madeline said
“the beach?!” Piggy asked
“BORING” both Chris and Joey said
“the mall?!” Elizabeth said
“stupid” Jim said
“the park?” Cristina said
“boring as well” Paul said
“its no use, there's nothing we can do!” Sid yelled
“yea we’ve done everything!” Twiggy said I looked at Acey and saw he wasn't even paying attention.
“ACEY!” I screamed
“WHAT?!” he yelled startled looking at me
“any ideas to where we could go for the day?” I asked
“uuuh Halloween Town?” he said pointing at the t.v.
“Acey we’ve been through this many times, theres no such thing as a hallowe—WAIT! I’ve fucking got it!” I yelled standing up
“what?” Joey and my dad both asked in unison
“we’re going to fucking Disneyland!” I yelled
“fuck yea!” Acey yelled as everyone else agreed.
“good so then its settled! We’re going to fucking Disneyland! Everyone go get ready!” I yelled as everyone ran to different rooms to start getting ready
“I’ll get my mouse ears!” both my dad and I yelled excitedly as we ran upstairs in search of our mouse ears.
