"Wow this is beautiful" I told Dave as we arrived to our hotel in Vegas.
"It is and the weather is so much better" He said grabbing our bags from the uber
"It really is. Be making me want to move back this way" I said grabbing some bags making my way inside the hotel
"Well maybe if this meeting goes good we can all move out this way" Dave said and I simply nodded
I didn't want to get into that discussion right now because there's a lot of factors to be looked at.
He checked us in then came over to me
"Come on" he started walking away so I followed right behind him.
I was waiting for him to give me the key to my room but the more he kept walking the more I realize he wasn't gonna give it to me.
"Dave where's my room?" I asked him but he ignored me "Dave" I called out again as we came to a stop
"Shh you being too loud in the halls" he said as we walked into a room with a king size bed.
"Dave where is my room?" I dropped the bags and crossed my arms
"Okay so when I called to book your room they told me it was all booked so i figured we just share a room"
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I didn't want you to back out because of the sleeping arrangements but if you really uncomfortable we can leave and find another hotel" He said turning to me
"No this is fine. You should've just told me" I told him not really feeling like packing the uber back up. And besides it's not like we never shared a bed
"You sure? I can sleep on the floor"
"Yes I'm sure" I laughed a bit at his concern "Besides it'll be like them old times when we used to stay in that basement and our first apartment" I told him sitting on the bed as images started going through my head
"Back to them good old days" He laughed taking a seat next to me "Well only the beginning was good. After that everything went downhill" He looked down I'm sure thinking back to what happened between Jerome and me
I placed my hand on his back and began rubbing it
"For the most part everything was good" I sent him a smile receiving one back
"What you want to do?" He asked me placing his hand on my thigh
"Get some food cause I'm starving" I groaned falling back on the bed making him laugh
