Yoriichi's Sun Breathing was preserved as the Hinokagura, while Michikado's Moon Breathing was secretly preserved as another family dance. The Kamado family protected the ancestors' ashes in a hidden shrine, where the Hinokagura became both a sacred ritual and a way to preserve Sun Breathing. Tanjiro realizes that the dance his father taught him is actually an ancient inheritance from Yoriichi and the Kamado bloodline.
