Daisy (Part I & II)

Part II - Chapter 25

I smack Matteo's arm and point in Romans direction. "Holy shit." Matty chuckles with a proud smile. Him and Roman are good friends.

I feel someone's gaze on me and I turn to see Noah staring. I wave and point to Roman. Noah smirks seeing Roman and winks at me.

"Daisy!" I hear someone call me. I look around and find Deja running towards me. I brace myself for her tackling me to the ground but she doesn't and instead she lifts me up spinning is around.

"Hey Deja!" I laugh. She puts me down and starts rambling.

"Look at you Daisy! You look so good. I love your dress and hair. You look so happy I could just squish your cheeks!" She goes to squish my cheeks. I grab her hands and push them away.

"Squish my cheeks and I won't tell you my gossip." I smirk at her excited look. She then looks at Matteo who stands beside me.

"Oh hey Matteo didn't see you there." She greets him making him scoff. She turns to me rolling her eyes. "So tell me!"

"Well first off Matty and I are dating." She crushes me into another hug.

"Fucking finally. It was so damn painful all of the longing looks and the blushing. Thank Jesus!" Rolling my eyes at her comment I start to tell her my second news.

"Anyways, Xander keeps asking about you. I know you like him too. I didn't say anything but this is your chance to talk to him!" Her face lights up and she scans the room for Xander. Only to find him already looking at us. "Go!" I encourage her.

She hugs me sticks her tongue out at Matteo and walks over to Xan. I give him a thumbs up before dragging Matty away.

"She barely said hi to me." He grumbles.

"Lighten up Matty, we are going to talk to Tanya." He sighs but agrees.

I catch Romans attention and he gets Tanya to turn around. When she does and she sees me she grins from ear to ear. "Daisy!"

She runs to me pulling me into her comforting arms. "Oh sweetie I missed you, you look amazing by the way!" I giggle and give her a little twirl.

We catch up for a while and talk with Roman and Matteo too. However I do not want to ruin Romans chance at talking with Tanya, so I excuse us leaving them be.

"Where next Matteo?"

"Are you wearing shorts under your dress?" He questions me. I furrow my eyebrows but nod anyways. What an odd question. "Good come on."

He drags me through the house and out to his backyard. It's a warm night and the stars are out. A massive trampoline enters my vision and immediately I know why he asked that question.

"Oh my god let's go!" I drag him towards the trampoline. I throw my shoes off, him doing the same. We end up jumping around and playing fun trampoline games.

Like he told me to lay down and then he started jumping near me making me fly in to the air. I tried to do the same to him but he went no where. I felt bad but he just found it funny.

Now he is teaching me how to backflip. He did it a few times making it look easy.

"You can do it I'll spot you." He's been teaching me the skill for ten minutes and now he wants me to try it.

I take a breath and do the backflip. However although I thought I would land I only ended up flat on my stomach. Matteo is bent over laughing at me and I can't help but giggle.

That was fun.

"What are you two doing?" Malakai breaks through our laughter making us stop. He's standing there with Dad and Dante.

"Hey Dad! Did you see my backflip?" I ask him excited and somewhat out of breath. Matteo and Dante smirk at me.

"Yeah I did, I nearly had a heart attack."

"Oh so dramatic!" Dante pipes in.

"Come on you two your friend Jade and her girlfriend just showed up." Malakai tells us unzipping the net for us two to hop out.

I look for my shoes only to find them in Dads hands he has a disapproving look. I sheepishly smile putting them on. Walking with the four boys back to the house.

"Oh god Daisy!" I hear Matteo laugh at me. I turn to him.

"What are you laughing at asshole?" I smirk at him. Dante laughs at me too.

"Daisy your hair is all messed up hun." Malakai speaks up with a small smile. My mouth forms an o shape and I try to flatten it.

Dad helps me a bit. "It's not perfect like it was earlier but it's alright." I can practically hear his annoyance.

I sigh and give him a side hug before following them inside. His mood instantly lifts.

I see Jade standing with her sister Lara and another very familiar girl.

"Jade!" Matteo calls. She and the girl beside her turn their bodies to face us. Jade looks at us and smiles but I can't focus on her when I see the girl beside her.

Oh my god.

I wanted to apologize for the late chapter because the past few days I have been working on the rest of the chapters in this book.

Today I finished the epilogue and I may have cried doing so.
