They walk down the path and head to the park for a stroll. "You look cute pushing the buggy" Raf smiles.
She smiles. "Did you want to push it?" She asks.
"No, no I'm fine" he smiles.
Cara smiles and adjusts his blanket so he keeps warm. Alfie looks up at her unsure of what he's doing.
He starts to wine a little as it's cold. "Oh calm yourself I'm doing it now" she says.
"You really know how to speak to babies don't you" Raf laughs.
Cara rolls her eyes and puts his hands in the blanket and tucks him in. Raf smiles to himself as they carry on down the path.
"Where are we even going?" Cara questions.
"We could sit at this bench here if you like" he says as they come to a place to sit.
"Yeah why not" she smiles.
They take a seat and turn the buggy so they can still see Alfie.
Cara smiles at Alfie who looks at her blankly again.
"I think he keeps waiting for me to turn into Amanda or something the way he looks at me" she smiles.
Raf smiles and places his hand on her knee, "sorry mate just me and Cara" he says.
Cara smiles at Raf and leans against him. She shuts her eyes peacefully.
"Don't fall asleep or I'll leave you on the bench like some homeless person" he laughs.
"You wouldn't dare" she says sitting up.
"Try me" he teases.
She elbows him. "Your horrible at times you know that" she laughs and kisses him.
She glances at Alfie who's peering out his buggy.
"Alright Alfie" she laughs. He babbles and finally smiles at them.
"He's got a cute smile I'll give him that" Raf smiles.
"Boc" he whines.
"Cara I think he's hungry" Raf laughs.
"You didn't say" she says sarcastically and looks through his bag.
She finds a carton of baby milk and quickly puts it into the bottle and screws the lid on.
Alfie starts to squeal as he can see it coming.
He claps his hands as Cara gives it him.
"He's very hungry" Cara smiles.
"Steady on" Cara laughs as Alfie gulps the milk down.
Raf smiles at Cara as he just sits there in ore of her.
"So who's ginger his mum or dad?" Raf asks curiously.
"Well Amanda is a natural strawberry blonde but she dyes it" she says.
"Oh I see" Raf smiles as he gets Alfie out the buggy.
"What are you doing?" Cara asks.
"I'm getting him out what do you think" he laughs.
Cara smiles as takes the blanket as he lifts him up.
Raf sits him on his lap and smiles as Alfie sits there hitting his leg. Raf bounces him and he gurgles.
Raf laughs at him. "I think you've got wind fella" Raf smiles.
Cara laughs and rests her head on Raf's shoulder.
"I'm getting cold now" Cara moans as she folds her arms.
"Alfie is enjoying himself though" Raf smiles.
"You stay here with him then I'm going to go" she says as she stands up.
"We're coming too" he says.
Raf stands up and places Alfie back in his buggy, tucks him up and smiles as he heads over to Cara.
"Am I pushing or you?" he asks.
"I'll push him" she says taking back the buggy.
He smiles at her and follows her home, "we could do with more milk we'll pop to the shop" Cara says randomly.
"Right okay" he smiles as they head to the local shop.
While in the shop an old woman catches eye of Alfie who's smiling at her. She smiles at him and goes over to them.
"Oh he's gorgeous" the old woman says.
Cara smiles. "He is isn't he" she says looking back at the old woman.
"How old?" The old woman asks.
"He's thirteen months" she smiles.
"He looks older, bless him. You're both very lucky parents" she smiles as she looks at Raf.
She doesn't really know what to say back but gives a friendly smile.
Raf smiles a little as the woman walks off and Cara lets out a quiet laugh. She looks at Raf and gives an awkward smile.
"Well that's a first" Raf smiles.
"She was sweet...she wasn't to know" Cara says.
Raf nods and makes his way to the counter.
Cara stands there for a moment just taking in what the old woman said to them before snapping out of it and catching up with Raf.
"You okay?" Raf asks as he pays for a few bits.
"Yeah I am why" she smiles.
"Just wondered, in your own little world then weren't you" he laughs. Cara smiles at him as they head back outside.
"Lets get him back to mine" Cara says.
"Yeah it is getting a bit cold for him" he smiles.
They take him back to Cara's and when they get him back he's in a really playful mood a won't leave Cara alone.
Cara takes him out his buggy and he instantly grabs hold of her hair.
"Hey you" she says.
Alfie giggles and Cara tries to get him to let go and he giggles more which makes her laugh too.
"Raf a little help" Cara says as she carries Alfie into the lounge.
Raf laughs as he followers her. "Come on you" he says getting Alfie to let go.
Alfie squeals happily as he thinks Raf is playing and grabs her hair again.
"Raf it's not letting go" she says and Raf laughs at her.
"Cara it's a baby not an it" Raf laughs.
"I know and he's got my hair!" She says trying to lean back.
"He's got an iron grip" Raf chuckles.
