When love takes over

This is cardio

"Look at you" she says as he comes down.

"I can't run" he huffs.

"No such things as can't, well run to the park, around the park and back" Cara smiles.

She turns and heads to the door as Raf walks behind nervously. She looks at him and smiles.

"Come on then" she smiles as she starts to jog down the street.

"I can tell you now I wouldn't be doing this if you wasn't here" he says as he tries to catch up.

"Caz slow down" he says as he tries to catch his breath.

"Do you need me to go slower for you" she laughs.

"Yes" he puffs.

"I thought you would of been more up for it seeing the amount of exercise you've done before" she smiles.

"I weight lift not run... this is bloody cardio" he says.

"I wasn't talking about that" she smirks. He stops and catches his breath.

"Come on were nearly there" she says.

He jogs to keep up and wipes the sweat off his forehead.

"Here have this" she says handing him a bottle of water.

"Cheers" he says breathlessly as the finally make it to the park.

He sits down on the nearest bench and Cara laughs and sits next to him.

"Seriously I'm unfit" he puffs.

"You can't sit down for long, you'll lose your motivation" she says.

He huffs and gets back up. "Oh come on, enjoy it" she smiles.

"Enjoy what?... apart from your ass as you Jog" he smirks.

"Is that why you've been running behind me all this time" she laughs.

"Yes" he smiles, "also my trainers are pinching a little" he says.

"We'll be back soon" she says.

She gets up and stretches before running around the park.

She runs leaving Raf standing there. He smiles and catches up with her and grabs her.

"Raf!" She squeals as he holds her waist and kisses her.

She smiles. "Couldn't resist" he smiles at her.

"People are looking" Cara mumbles.

"And you care about that because..." he says.

"I don't" she smiles and kisses him again.

"Good" he smiles happily.

"Now can we go, because I've come to a stand still and I'm freezing" Cara says.

"Alright can we go back now" he smiles.

"Yes" she smiles.

"Walk It though" he smiles.

"If you wish" she says.

He smiles and takes her hand, "now I'm going for a shower, you're welcome to join me" he replies.

"I might take you up on that" she smiles.

They get home and Raf instantly goes upstairs for a shower. Cara just smiles and goes upstairs.

He borrows a spare towel of Cara's and goes into the bathroom.

He turns the shower on and folds his clothes up on the floor.

Cara casually walks in and goes to the toilet, "do you mind?" He says.

"No I need a wee" she says.

He smiles "I thought you we're coming to join me" he laughs.

"I'd rather not pee in the shower thanks" she laughs.

"Not like that silly" he smiles.

"What are you on about" she laughs.

"Come and join me" he smiles.

"Raf I'd squish you in that shower" Cara says.

"Come on" he smiles.

"Fine" she smiles.

She finished and washes her hands before getting undressed. Raf stands there smiling at her.

"You don't need to stare" she says.

"Yes I do" he smiles as he admires her figure.
Cara smiles and looks down at the floor.

"Come here then beautiful" he smiles and Cara steps into the shower.

She smiles at him. "Hmm nice and warm" she smiles.

He holds her waist and kisses her, "you're so beautiful" he says.

She smiles. "Not too bad yourself."

"Don't get too excited" he giggles and rests her head against his chest.

He strokes her back and kisses her head. He lifts her up and she wraps her legs around his waist and smiles.

"Careful you don't slip and drop me" she laughs.

"I won't" he smirks.

"Glad to hear it" she smiles and kisses him.

"I love you so much" he mumbles and leaves a love bite on her neck.

"I love you" she smiles as she holds onto him.

"I want nothing more than to hold you and be with you" he smirks.

"I bet you do" she smirks.

He kisses her neck and smiles even more and she giggles at him.

They continue to kiss each other unaware Morven has arrived home.

He turns around so he can hold her up steady.
"Gosh this wall is cold" Cara says.

They both smile as Raf kisses her more. "I'll soon warm you up" he smirks.

"Will you now" she smiles.

He nods and kisses her neck, "I love you so much" he says as he moves her up a little as she's loosened her grip.

She holds onto him as he strokes her bum and she can't help but giggle.

"All that running does your bum good" he smiles.

"We'll have to do it more often" she says.

"Yes most defiantly" he replies and kisses her once again. She holds his face and kisses him back.

Meanwhile Morven is in the lounge and she can hear the shower running upstairs, "Cara?" She calls but gets no reply.

She decides to go up and see if Cara's alright seeing as she hasn't seen her for two days.

"Cara?" she says as she gets to the top of the stairs and suddenly she hears a moan from Cara, this she thinks nothing of.

"Cara are you alright?" She asks as she heads to the bathroom.

"No, don't!" Is all Morven here so she quickly opens the door.

She stands there stunned to see Cara wrapped round a man who she realises is Raf. "My eyes!" She says as she back away.

"Shit Morven" Cara says in complete panic.

"I'll erm... catch you later" Morven says awkwardly as she shuts the door.
