Searching the seas the legend says she's there but through every crashing wave nothing lasts but seaweed.
Some say you could even find her under the moon or even under your feet.
Yet it seems there is nothing
but ground under these feet and only water to these sea waves
As for the moon she seems to far away in the milk way.
Each sailor keeps searching to find her and her profound kiss that she is told to bring.
She hides away only to seen by a few eyes and parakeets.
She is the inspiration to many minds and the colorful wings of the bird.
Her voice is sometimes heard by the poet and the waves.
She is inspiration.
She is quick to flee,
but sometimes she comes alive in us all in a story.
