The two sat down at their desk and each one stared at the blank envelope that they had to write stuff down on.

"Have you written anything before, Paul?" John asked.

Paul shook his head. "Not completely. I came up with just a couple lines the other day ago though."

"Lemme hear 'em!" John said excited.

"I don't think they're anything special." Paul said shyly.

"Oh it doesn't matter lemme hear 'em!" John begged.

"Fine." Paul said and wrote them down.

He wrote the two lines down and gave the paper to John.

"Well he looked at me, and I, I could see

That before too long, I'd fall in love with him."

"Paul, this is wonderful." John said looking at Paul. "You wrote this?" He asked.

Paul nodded and blushed. John gave him a quick kiss. "I love it."

"Really?" Paul asked.

John nodded. "Who's it about?"

"I think you know, Johnny." Paul blushed.

"No I don't." John lied. "Please tell me."

Paul rolled his eyes and took the paper. He scribbled something down and gave it to John.

John saw a heart, and inside it said "John Winston Lennon"

"Oh you know I hate my middle name." John said.

"I think it's lovely." Paul admitted.

"You're just saying that." John said annoyed.

"No I'm not, Love." Paul whispered.

John shrugged the idea off and thought more about the song.

"Hmmm...." John mumbled.

Paul stared at the older man while he thought. John suddenly grabbed the paper and scribbled something down. Paul watched him excitedly.

"We danced through the night,

And we held each other tight.

And before too long, I fell in love with him."

"How...how did you come up with that so fast? Paul asked amazed.

"I- I don't even know, it just kinda showed up in my head." John said.

"What goes on in that mind of yours anyway?" Paul asked.

"I don't think you wanna know." John smirked.

Paul looked at him mischievously and then went back to thinking.

"I saw him standing there." Paul blurted out.

"What?" John asked.

"I saw him standing there-that's it." Paul explained.

"That's what Paul?" John asked again.

"The song. That should be the title....I mean, only if you like it." Paul said getting shy again.

"That's wonderful." John said. "We'll write it down!" And shoved the pencil into Paul's hand.

"I'm left handed, you twit." Paul laughed.

"Oh, sorry." John said embarrassed.

Paul scribbled it down.

"I like this, John." Paul said.

"I like it too." John said and gave Paul a kiss on the cheek.

"Maybe we'll be as famous as Elvis one day." John joked.
