"A five hundred thousand? You better not be lying."

"Not at all Zhang," A voice laughed from other the phone. "The target's some jewel thief. So what she has stolen is worth millions. 500k is barely anything to them."

Frank Zhang let out a low whistle. "Wow. I bet everyone in the country is after her. It's a miracle she hasn't been caught."

"They call her Arion. I don't know why exactly but I can tell you where she was last seen and where she is now."

"Tell me!" Frank all but yelled into the phone.

"Not so fast. I need to get something out of this deal.

Frank sighed. "How much do you want Percy?"

"100k. It's not really that much when you can keep four times that much."

Frank gritted his teeth. "Fine. A hundred. Now tell me."

"She was last seen in San Fransisco. But now she's crossed the country and is in NYC. There's supposed to be a huge jewelry expo there in three days. I already bought you a plane ticket."

"Perfect. Thanks. I'll call you back when I get to the city," Frank said about to hang up.

"Wait!" Percy shouted causing Frank to stop.

"What?"

"Buy me a souvenir while you're there."

"Aren't you from New York?"

"Yeah. But I still like souvenirs."

Frank finally collapsed on the motel bed after the long flight. He pulled out his phone and quickly called a number.

"Hello?"

"Hey Perce," Frank greeted.

"Oh hey. You there?"

"Yeah. Just checked in the motel."

"Did you get my souvenir yet?"

Frank sighed and rolled his eyes. "What other info do you have on Arion?"

"Not as much as you'd like. All we know for sure is she is African-American with gold looking eyes. Everything else about her varies based on whose seen her."

Frank nodded slowly. "Alright. And how am I supposed to get into this jewelry thing? I don't think they'll let just anyone in."

"Actually they do. The first day most people- any people- just look around looking and comparing prices. The second day is the day you need to be on the list. And your name is already there. That day you're gonna need nice clothes. Those are on you."
