When Leo Returns, Piper Gets Mad

Piper wasn't sure whether to go into attack mode or worried mother mode. Instead of doing anything, the daughter of Aphrodite just stands there dumbfounded.

"I think you broke her," Jason comments waving a hand in front of his girlfriend's face. Piper blinks once before coming to her senses. She slaps Jason's hand away before stomping over and slapping Leo cross the face. She would have much rather stabbed the boy but their are too many witnesses at the moment.

"You are so stupid!" She screams. She grips him in a hug before releasing him, slapping him again. "Oh yeah just let us think you are dead for a whole (this has been censored) year! Great idea! Did even cross your mind to know how we are feeling!? How I'm feeling!? You're my best friend you idiot!"

Leo blinks a bit surprised.

"Of course I missed ya Beauty Queen," Leo says throwing an arm around her shoulder. "And I know you missed me. Who couldn't miss Super Sized McShiz-"

"Enough of this bullshit!" Piper shouts pushing his arm off. "I'm done!"

Piper storms off without another thought. Jason sighs while fixing his glasses. He watches Piper storm away and decides to give her sometime to cool off.

"What exactly did I do?" Leo asks. "Besides dying..."

Jason flinches at the word. "How can you say that so calmly dude? When you got yourself killed, it kind of killed us too. Especially Piper." Jason sighs shaking his head. "When I first met you, you had months of fake memories with me. All the ones you had with Piper were real. You crushed her dude. You just left her... And then you come back like nothing is happened or is wrong..."

"I understand that feeling," Calypso mutters stoping her own conversation.

Upon apologizing for the whole cursing-Annabeth-thing the two girls started a nice conversation. Clarisse soon happily joined in the how-stupid-Percy-can-be-chat. (Percy does his best to ignore them but just mainly pouts and blushes at things said.) Rachel joined the conversation too.

Calypso watches as Piper walks off before standing and following herself.

Piper slammed the door of the Aphrodite Cabin shut. So upset she doesn't even take the time to gag on the perfume wafting in the air. She flops down on her bed.

"What could possibly be wrong in your life?" Drew says with an eye roll. Piper slams her knife into the wall, embedding it as a response. Drew's eyes widen and she turns back to deciding which of her wardrobe is now unworthy of being worn.

Mitchell and Lacy walk over to Piper's bed and wait.

"Leo's back. Alive," Piper sighs.

"That's good isn't?" Mitchell asks a bit confused by his sisters problem.

"The guy has been pretending to be dead for a year and now he comes back like I haven't seen him in ten minutes!"

"I understand your mad but, he is still your friend," Lacy says.

Piper groans and places a pillow on her head. Mitchell and Lacy see this is going nowhere go back to what they were doing.

After a few minutes a soft knock is heard on the door and it opens.

"May I speak with you Piper?"

Piper blinks and moves the pillow from her face to see Calypso standing in the doorway. Though it was said as a question, the look in the goddess's eyes makes it clear that it isn't.

Piper slowly gets up from her bed and follows Calypso out of the cabin. Piper then leads the way to lake for them to talk. Both sit facing the water not speaking for a while.

"I understand how you feel," Calypso starts slowly. "Time after time some guy appears. But he always leaves. Leaving me alone. Each time I had fallen in love with him. It broke me each time they left. I always knew it would happen, and there is no way to escape it. Just like death for all of you."

Calypso pauses and glances at Piper who stared out at the water. But it's clear she is listening. So Calypso continues.

"I can't tell you overjoyed I was when I saw Leo again. For once someone I loved returned. You love Leo in a sisterly way. And he's back. To be with all of his friends especially you. He spoke a lot of 'Sparky' and 'Beauty Queen'."

"Stupid Repair boy," Piper sighs.

"The boy is idiotic when it comes to people no doubt. But at least give him the chance to earn your friendship once again."

Piper nods. "Okay, I won't kill him. Only maim him."

Calypso laughs and stands and offers a hand up to Piper.

Both girls walk back having a nice round of "Leo is such an idiot. One time he..."

They spot their boyfriends on their way to dinner. They hurry to catch up. Piper once again hugs Leo.

"So you aren't mad?" Leo asks.

"I'm not going to kill you," Piper answers letting him go. She steps back and grabs the cornucopia from her waist. She holds it threateningly. "No need to walk to dinner. It's right here." She smiles wickedly.

"Just a suggestion..." Jason says. "Run."

Leo turns and sprints not looking where he is going as Piper follows. He turns to look at her and barely dodges an apple. He's not looking where he runs and runs straight into Clarisse.

Leo gives a scared yelp.

"Hold him still!" Piper calls. Clarisse does as she is told and holds the Latino elf in place. Piper launches an orange which hits him in a place which is pretty painful for guys...

Let's out a pained cry as he is dropped.

Piper ruffles his brown curls, a smile on her face. "I missed you Repair Boy."
