Look, there are worse things than being a half-blood. Like being a maths teacher. Aside from the whole numbers aspect. What could be worse than death, I hear you ask? I'm not 100% sure since I haven't died yet, but I've heard suffering while dead is pretty bad. Though I'll get back to you on that when I'm suffering in the fields of punishment. But sure, aside from the chances of premature death, transmutation into a pine tree and being a child of Zeus are considerably higher than they usually would. But what are the chances of all three? Ah well. I suppose I'd better give you the warning.
