Chapter 40

Liv POV

I walked out of my room with a box and headed towards the kitchen where Cole, his mom and dad and Kylee were at.

Kylee and Scott were back in LA with us for our charity soccer game this week.

Cole and I were co-captains for our team. As we were playing against Justin Bieber's team.

I walked over to Cole and handed him the box. Kylee smiled at me knowingly.

"What's this?" Cole asked.

"It's a present for you," I said kissing his cheek.

Cole's eyes went wide. "What anniversary am I missing?" He asked.

"Well I missed it as well," I said.

"Oh my gosh!" Kylee yelled rolling her eyes. "You've been married now for two and a half years!" Kylee said.

"How did you forget?" Cole asked. I shrugged.

"I have a lot on my plate," I said.

"Cole, you barely remember dates to begin with," Kylee said.

"Kylee," Theresa said.

"I know my dates," Cole said rolling his eyes.

"When's my birthday?" Kylee asked.

"A week before my wife's," Cole said with a smirk.

"Mom's birthday?" Kylee asked.

"June tenth?" Cole asked.

"The fifteenth, your dad is October sixteenth," I said.

Cole and Kylee both looked at me.

"She's your wife and she knows more than you," Kylee said before she patted Cole's cheek.

"I know May fifteenth is our wedding anniversary and June fourth is our dating anniversary," Cole said looking at me. "Right?" He asked. I nodded my head.

"What about your best friends?" Kylee asked.

"This is why I have her," Cole said kissing my cheek. "Can I open my present now?" He asked.

"It's rude not to," I said.

Cole unwrapped the gift and opened the box. He pulled out a white shirt with a light gray jacket with it. He held it up and smiled.

"I love it!" He said.

"I'm glad," I said.

"I'm wearing it tonight on our date," he said. My eyes went wide.

"Date? We're going on a date?" I asked.

"Yes," he said as he put the shirt and jacket back in the box.

"When did you decide this?" I asked.

"Ten seconds ago," Cole said.

"Bro! At least give her some time before you just throw the date in her face!" Kylee yelled.

"Why do you always plan the dates? Why can't I plan one for once?" I asked.

"Babe, you are allowed to plan a date if you like," Cole said.

"Can I plan tonight's then?" I asked.

"Sure, just let me know where we are going," Cole said.

"Now why would I do that?" I asked with a smile.

"You don't drive," Cole said.

"I have a driver for a reason," I said crossing my arms.

"Liv, Cole," Theresa said as Cole and I stared at each other.
