I sat down on the soft couch cushions of the audition studio I was currently at. The room was full of girls who's were around my age.

My phone buzzed.

Lucas: good luck

Maya: thank you

Lucas: not that you need it because you're going to do great

Maya: thank you

Lucas: xoxox

Maya: see you later xoxo

What were the chances that I would actually get the part for this movie. I bet these girls had already acted in tons of TV shows or commercials.

My audition was scheduled for last, which gave me the chance to impress them after everyone was done.

Time slowly went on and finally they called me into the run to began.

"Hello Maya," A women with black hair said.

I shook her hand, "Hi."

"I'm Jenn and this Lia."

I shook the other woman's hand.

"Are you ready to begin?" Lia asked.

I nodded my head.

"You will be reading with Jenn," Lia said.

"Start whenever you're ready."

I was reading the part of Lily. Her character was the opposite of me. Lily was a normal girl who fell in love with Sammy, a famous rock star.

I took a deep breath in before I began reading.

"Sammy we can't keep doing this."

"Can't keep doing what?"

"I'm not going to hide our relationship from everyone."

"Lily you know that they can't find out that we're dating."

"Why?"

"You know why."

"If I was famous or on the cover of magazines I bet you wouldn't mind if the press found out about us."

"Lily come on."

"Unless you tell them that we're dating I can't be with you."

"Lily."

"Stop saying my name. It's either me or your career."

Jenn and Lia both clapped.

"I'm very impressed with your acting skills," Jenn said, "I knew you could sing, but I didn't know you could act as well."

"Thank you."

"Someone should be in touch with you and by the end of the month. We'll most likely bring you in for a table read with whoever gets casted for Sammy. If you two work well together I can really see you in this movie."
