I've never celebrated Christmas at Hogwarts before. It's sort of exciting.
I walk downstairs to the common room, everyone is there, standing beside the tree.
"Happy Christmas Alice." Harry smiles at me from down stairs.
"Merry Christmas." I laugh.
"Got any presents?" Hermione asks me.
"I don't know," I say as I walk down the stairs, "let me check. Did you?" I ask her as I begin looking under the tree.
"Yeah, Harry and Ron got me a bracelet. But I'm also going home this afternoon, so we'll see what else." As she explains I grab two gifts from under the tree.
"Show me the bracelet." I tell her. She shows me a silver bracelet which she already put on her hand.
"What did you get?" Ron asks.
"Well, I did get this necklace from Dray, and," I open the first first after showing them my necklace, "a dress." The present is from Theo and Enzo. It's a red, full sheer long dress with black flowers all over it. It's incredibly pretty.
"And the second one?" Harry questions.
I open the much smaller gift, inside of it, there is a silver flask, from Fred and George.
"It's a flask." Fred suddenly speaks from behind me.
"When you tap it the liquid turns into water." George explains.
"So if someone suspected anything-" Fred starts speaking.
"No one would know." They say at the same time.
"We created it ourselves." George adds.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I excitedly hug them.
"You're welcome." They speak together again.
"How come you never got me any presents?" Ron complains.
"You already got us," George jokes,
"As your brothers," Fred adds,
"That's enough," They say together.
Ron scoffs, "bloody hell." He rolls his eyes.
"Should we go to breakfast?" Hermione asks.
"Yes, let's go." I rush out of the common room to go to the great hall.
"Theo!" I jump on the boy as we reach the great hall.
"Happy Christmas, Alice." He laughs.
I let go of the hug and jump on Enzo next.
"Thank you! I love the dress!" I thank the both of them.
"You're welcome." They both laugh.
"Thanks for the book." Theo thanks me.
"Yeah, well, I thought you'd like it, it being about magical creatures and all." I respond.
"I loved it." He smiles at me.
"That a for the shirt." Enzo says.
"You're welcome. I thought you'd like it since it's a nice shirt and you're obsessed with yourself." I joke.
"Shut up." He shakes his head while chuckling.
"Happy Christmas, Jones." I turn around to see Tom and Mattheo.
"Happy Christmas, Murphy." I say. I hand them a box of Glacial Snowflakes as a gift. I know they really like them.
"Why'd you get us that?" Mattheo asks.
"It's Christmas." I state.
They both look at me with confusion.
"Just take it." I sigh.
"Thanks." Tom grabs the candy.
"Merry Christmas, Alice." Dray speaks from my sides.
"Dray!" I hug him.
"Someone's extremely cheerful today." He snickers.
"How can I not be? The tree makes me cheerful." I look at the incredibly large Christmas tree in the great hall.
"Look, Alice. Malfoy got me a scarf, it's pretty nice. Only, it's not green." I look at the red and black scarf around Theo's neck.
"Watch your mouth, Nott. You're lucky you got a present." Dray hisses, making us laugh.
