The norsk got the notification, pulling his phone out.
It was an alert from the goverment, something on a small experiment.
He didn't understand till two blue splotches appeared on his wrists.
He was confused and read further.
The color would indicate your soulmate and enemy, they should be two different colors or shades.
It being the persons favorite color.
The norsk just stood still, he knew blue was the eyeless brit's.
He just didn't understand why he couldn't be soulmates with someone else.

He walked down the hall when dropping his phone to the floor. He entered the room and shut the door behind him. He slowly slid down the door and groaned.
He couldn't accept it, his mind couldn't accept it.
He hugged his knees before a soft knock was on his door.
"Hey, I found your phone and could we talk?" The familiar voice of the brit's.
He stood and opened the door, watching him step inside.
He closed the door again.
"You wanted to talk?" The norsk asked.
"Yeah, also here." The brit handed the norsk his phone.
"So, the soulmate experiment." The brit began, the norsk knew this was gonna be hard.
"I'm guessing you got the same colors?" The brit asked.
"And you?" The norsk asked back, the brit sighed.
"I have Red on one wrist, the other is also Red but it's faded." The brit said, the norsk looked at the brit.
"What?" He asked, a look of confusion.
A moment of silence.
"Just, go." The norsk said, pointing to the exit.
The brit nodded.
He left without any other words said.

"My soulmate likes purple!" The ginger squealed in delight.
"Maybe that's your enemy." The brunette said, pointing at the other color.
A shade of light yellow.
"Will just have to find out! What about you?" The ginger asked.
"I have a pastel blue on one hand and a dark shade of green on the other." The brunette said.
"What about you Tord?" The norsk perked up.
He bit the inside of his cheek.
"I don't feel comfortable with telling right now." He said, the other two nodded.
He needed to figure out why this was happening.
He looked at his colors again and noticed that one was slightly faded.
He didn't understand what and why this was happening to him.
He just wished he had someone else as his soulmate and not his enemy.
This was hurting him so much, the amount of times he had tried to find love in the past and now it was in front of him.
Sitting on the nearby chair and reading a book.
He just sighed, standing up and leaving the room to his own.
He felt the stares of the three and yet ignored them.
Just closing his door and letting out a groan.
He walked over and flopped onto his bed, he just laid there.
He just wanted to understand the situation on the experiment. He remembered how some people had fights and others got together with people that were once strangers.
It was upsetting that he couldn't have his own kind of love story.
But he needed to talk to the brit, he couldn't just not speak to him.
His heart told him to see the brit and yet his mind told him not to.
He just needed the right push.
"This is wrong, this whole experiment is just wrong!" He said, frustrated.
He had thrown his pillow as the ginger had walked in.
"Hey To-omf!" The ginger had taken the pillow to the face. The norsk immediatly stood up and rushed over.
"Matt, I'm so sorry. I threw my pillow in frustration and- wait are you laughing?" The norsk asked when he was panicked at first and then became confused.
The ginger laid on the floor and laughed.
"I-I'm sorry, it's so funny to me." The ginger said.
"Funny to not expect a pillow in the face?" The norsk asked with a soft smile.
He helped the other up.
"So, what brings you to my room?" The norsk asked.
"Oh! Edd wanted me to check on you." The ginger said.
"Um, thanks Matt." The norsk said.
"No problem! Now you said you were frustrated?" The ginger asked.
"Yeah, it's on my colors." The norsk said, watching the ginger enter and shut the door.
"Mhm, well tell me." The ginger said.
"It's both Blue." The norsk began feeling ackward.
He cleared his throat a little.
"I know it's Tom, but hes both." The norsk said. The ginger nodded in understanding.
"Why not talk t-" the ginger was cut off.
"I can't!" The norsk yelled, it spooked the other.
"S-Sorry." The norsk apologized.
"It's alright, just surpised me is all." The ginger said with a chuckle.
"But what if I brought Tom here without you knowing, how's that?" The ginger asked.
"I'll just tell him to leave." The ginger hummed to that answer.
"Lock you in a room together." The ginger said, the norsk raised a brow.
"It, could work." He said, not liking the idea a hundred percent.
"Close enough, will use the old closet!" The ginger said excitedly.
"The old closet." The norsk gulped.
Their old closet in the house that they had to empty out, it had a key. The old door just locks once closed and only can be opened on the outside.
A person could be locked in there for days if forgotten.
"Yup!" The ginger said.
"Now come on, let's do it now!" The ginger said.
The two leaving the room and to the old closet, it having a sign to not be alone when entering.
The ginger opened the door as the norsk entered.
"I'll be back with Tom, just sit tight." The ginger said, closing the door.
The norsk left in pitch black.

The ginger went down the hall and found the eyeless brit in the kitchen.
"Tom!" The ginger said, the other groaned.
"What Matt?" The eyeless brit asked in a irritated tone.
"Can you come with me to the old closet? The door was open and one of my mirrors rolled in." The ginger asked.
The other let out a sigh.
"Fine." The eyeless brit said.
They walked out of the kitchen and down the hall, the norsk hearing the footsteps.
The ginger opened the door, the eyeless brit poked his head in.
"Commie?" The eyeless was confused before being pushed, falling into the closet as the door shut behind him.
"What the fuck, did you set this up!?" The brit asked, pointing an accusing finger at the norsk.
"It's Matt's, he was trying to help me talk to you." The norsk answered the others question.
"Talk about what?" The brit asked, seeming irritated with the other.
"The goverments experiment." The norsk said, the others voids widened to white.
"That our colors are both the same?" The brit asked.
The other nodded.
The darkness in the closet was nice, they had a bit of silence.
"It's confusing, I don't understand what to choose." The norsk said.
He looked at his wrist and seemed upset with himself.
"Hey, I know it's frustrating." The brit said, the two just looked at each other.
The brit got closer.
"T-Tom, why are you getting closer?" The norsk asked, his heart began to beat faster.
He backed up until he hit the wall.
The brit drew closer until he was in front of the norsk.
"Just relax Tord." The brit said, looking in the others eyes.
"What are you planning to do?" The norsk asked, his mind telling him to push the other way and yet he didn't move.
His heart telling him not to do anything.
The brit placed his hand on the others cheek, his other hand on the norsk's side.
"Wa-wait! What if someone sees?" The norsk asks.
His cheeks flushing from what the brit was doing.
"It's alright, I'm not gonna do anything too much." The brit said, winking at the other.
The norsk was speechless from that, his cheeks began to flush.
"Tom!" The norsk yelled, he was upset with the brit.
"What? Can't handle my flirting?" The brit asked, lightly chuckling.
They sat there for a few minutes.
Both looking each other in the eyes, the norsk liking the brit's voids.
The brit then leaned in, the norsk didn't feel ready but had no time to react.
The brit's lips on his own, he began to panic.
His mind went crazy over the situation.
He felt his eyes slowly begin to close, the brit had tilted his head a little.
It only lasted for a few minutes as the brit pulled away.
He panted lightly and looked at the other.
He smirked when he noticed the norsk looking away.
The flustered look was clear as day.
"You alright there Tord?" The brit asked.
"Shut up." The norsk said, lightly pouting.
The brit turned to the light.
The ginger slowly opened the door.
"Did you both talk?" He asked.
"Yeah, We did Matt." The eyeless brit answered.
Standing and helping the norsk up.
As they left the closet, the norsk had his hand in the others.

The color on both their wrists had faded and left just the one color remaining.
Their soulmates color.
