"i really don't want to be here." you said as your friend pulled you into the cabin.

"oh shush y/n." your friend spoke and covered your face.

you slapped your friend's hand out of your face and shook your head with a dramatic groan.

"who am i rooming with?" you asked your friend as you looked around the cabin.

"me."

your mouth dropped open in disbelief as travis rounded the corner. you looked at your friends and they had looks of apology on their faces.

"is there any other rooms available?" you asked.

"no no y/n, cabin owner put us together." travis smirked gently.

you threw your head back and stared at the ceiling. you nodded and picked up your bag.

"okay, where's the room travis?" you asked.

he smiled mischievously and waved you along behind him.

"oh my god." you said in quiet disbelief as you walked into the bedroom to see that there was only one bed, "there's no way in hell."

"listen we just gotta figure it out for the weekend y/n. this is my buddy's cabin and everyone else claimed the other rooms." travis explained.

you sighed and nodded, "yeah yeah. just stay on your side."

you threw your bag on the ground and walked out of the room to find your friends and stay away from travis until you physically had to.

you spent the rest of the day in the lake next to the cabin and then next to the camp fire as the sun went down.

you played some games in the house before all of you decided to head to bed.

you got to the room before travis and assumed your position in bed. you moved some pillows in between you.

"i know you don't understand this travis, but the pillows are a barrier. don't cross it." you told him.

travis climbed into bed and violated the first rules you had set.

"fuck travis, this is why i don't like you." you rolled your eyes.

"yeah because you love me." he winked.

you dryly laughed, "you're funny as hell." you said and pushed the pillows back into their place.

it seemed that the pillows did not work very well during the night because you woke up to lots of commotion in your room.

"what are you guys doing?" you heard travis' morning voice grumble out.

"leave us alone." you joined in.

"aww look at the little cuddle bugs." all of your friends gushed while taking pictures.

you felt that your arms were wrapped around travis and his were wrapped around you. your expression changed to disgust as you pushed him off of you.

travis moved away from you but the expression on his face was more disappointed than anything.

"get out guys." you said and jumped out of bed.

your friends all left and you shook your head.

travis stared over at you.

"what's going on in that head of yours tk?" you asked.

travis didn't say anything, but continued to stare. he finally shrugged.

"well you thought a little too long for you to not know." you said.

"i don't know. just thinking about some things." travis shrugged.

"like what?"

travis sighed and shook his head.

"travis, come on. what's got you troubled?" you asked.

"i think i act like a douche because i like you." travis admitted.

your eyes widened and your eyes raced back and forth.

"i don't know. i had a dream about you last night and then we woke up cuddling and i liked it." travis continued.

"it was kinda nice." you admitted quietly.

travis smiled, "maybe we should stop being asses to each other and go on a date or something."

you chuckled, "yeah maybe that'll work better than hiding our feelings."

"i think it might."
